House worked perfectly for a family weekend. Kids (and adults) enjoyed the backyard and golfing. Walked to Main Street several times for dinner and shopping to avoid traffic and parking. Would definitely stay here again!

Positives were back yard. It was a wonderful place to sit and visit. There was plenty of room and bedrooms were nice size. It was in a good location and on a nice street. Negatives were house needs a deep clean and commode in one bathroom ran without attention. Also no instructions for tv. There were personal items left from I suppose former guests, clothes and dirty hair brushes. In spite of the negatives we had a good time. We were 4 women for a long weekend away.

This house was very cozy and spacious, clean and ready for our arrival. There were 7 of us and enough space for all. It is within walking distance of the Main Street shops which is nice. The putting green and corn hole were extra bonuses that we enjoyed. The decor in the house is nicely done and It had everything you would need. The host responded promptly when I had a question. We would definitely stay here again.

We checked in an hour and a half after check-in time to walk into a house that was not clean. Called host with no answer then called the customer service line that said call the host. On the third message to the host I treated to go on social media. The cleaners showed up 20 minutes later. At this point, we had already cleaned the house and started washing bedding. I requested that they return my cleaning fee and this has gone unanswered.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We loved the back yard and the house was with in walking distance to downtown. When we go back we plan to stay here again.

Very nice stay. Cute backyard with a putting green and firepit. We did have a few issues with tv’s working but otherwise had a good stay.

The property and location was perfect! The backyard space is fun. The only complaint was cleanliness. The property owner may want to hire a better cleaning crew.

We have rented various house sin Fredericksburg on previous trips. I told my friend sthat this one has been the best trip yet - great location and the house was fantastic for our purposes.

Had a fabulous weekend with friends. The house was lovely with SO much room! Walked to downtown several times...easy access. Wish we could have stayed a week.

Charming house! Excellent location. Close to Main Street, yet very quiet neighborhood. All the amenities were great. Check-in and check-out process was easy. Would recommend to friends and family!

We loved the location and the neighborhood. Having 3 rooms with king size beds was amazing. Everyone loved the backyard with the putting green and corn hole. We all had enough room to be together and spread out.

Nice one bedroom fan didn’t work. There was a portable fan in there so they must have know the ceiling already didn’t work , but chose not to fix it. None of tvs in the bedroom worked. Beds were comfortable. Was clean and we enjoyed our stay over all.

Perfect rental for a family gathering. Plenty of space, close to Main Street, and excellent amenities.

This home was perfect in every way. • walking distance to Main Street • multiple bedrooms with multiple king beds • amazing backyard with firepit, TV and putting green! • beds were “cloud like” and bathrooms had great water pressure • communication with the host was amazing. He always was timely with responses and very accommodating. This was an amazing rental. Definitely a 10/10.
