Really nicely decorated home with everything one could need. The location was great (though one side faced a busy street) and we could walk downtown. We enjoyed our stay here!

Hot tub was PERFECT! The place was adorable! In walking distance to Main Street so great location. It is on a pretty busy street but that had no effect on out stay. Would definitely book again

It was a cute, well stocked cozy place. At first we were worried about being so close to the road, but it really wasn't a problem. The windows blocked out most of the road noise. Our only complaint is that the bicycles were unrideable. The hot tub was a real plus. Especially when it got unseasonably cold. LOVED the backyard.

We enjoyed everything about this property and we will definitely come back and recommend this place. Very cute house, great location, good communication with hosts, well maintained facilities (everything worked), VERY clean unit, very comfortable with everything you need provided for you. Fun addition is the hot tub.

The house and amenities were terrific. The homeowner was very responsive to issues (minor) that came up. And for me, the location was perfect. Everything about the rental was exceptional.

This was a perfect cottage for our long weekend in Dunedin. It was a well-appointed house, comfortable, and they thought of everything you need to make the stay easy. From beach towels to beach chairs, a little sunscreen, we didn't need a thing! Very close to the downtown area and great restaurants are within walking distance. Just far enough away to be quiet at night, though. The hot tub was an extra bonus - super clean and big. I would highly recommend this cottage.

Charming home, cutely decorated and clean with and a private fenced in backyard with hot tub. Luxurious towels, well stocked kitchen, and many amenities! Host was very receptive and accomodating.A slight walk to main downtown area and water.Comfortable king size bed, but 2 queen mattresses were not comfortable. Other than the mattresses, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this VRBO

We loved staying in this cute cottage. It was convenient to downtown, the bike trail, and the coast where the sunset was amazing. A nice extra was the patio in the back with a hot-tub, corn hole, and some extra seating. We will definitely be back!!
