Stayed Feb 6, 2026Great place in a quiet neighborhood, but close to downtown and great restaurants & shopping. The cottage had everything we needed. Very clean,Comfortable beds. Host was very responsive to any questions. Would stay here again.

Stayed Jan 15, 2026Super charming property... Better than the pictures! Easy walking distance to downtown historic McKinney's restaurants and shops. Comfortable lush beds and a well-equipped kitchen. I had the chance to meet Kevin the owner and he was super friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again if returning to McKinney!

Stayed Dec 12, 2025The host had great communication. The location was in walking distance of several restaurants and shops. And the house had plenty of the amenities so we didn’t have to go to the store and buy extra stuff. And the location seemed to be in a safe neighborhood.

Stayed Nov 23, 2025We hosted a family thanksgiving dinner in this absolutely adorable cottage. The week long stay was very comfortable and right priced. I will stay here again . The proximity to all the happenings on the town square is really nice as well.

Stayed Oct 17, 2025This amazing lil cottage is just a couple of blocks from downtown McKinney, a spot with amazing restaurants and cute lil shops. Had to do some work in Princeton for a few days and this house was the PERFECT spot to relax and take it easy after a long day. The hosts were super helpful providing us with local guides and even some samples of the town's offerings!
