Stayed Aug 4, 2025Overall, we loved this lake house. We used it as a test run to see if we could handle a trip with our three dogs…so grateful you were one of the few places accepting multiple (large) dogs.The dogs did not mind the mucky lake bottom as much as I did, but as a Michigander I should know better. Glad we were there not on a boat-crowded weekend.The house itself is renovated modernly/stylishly.But with no dishwasher, some of the dishes were dirty out of the cabinets. We brought dish soap from home. Also, couldn’t find a broom. The dog dishes were appreciated, as we forgot ours.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025The lake view is beautiful! The house layout is very useable (refrigerator needs moved....).Overall it was a superb stay. The only issue encountered was the wet dog smell on the couch, pillows and the living room carpet. It's really bad. Kitchen is a little small but ready to use. Needs some more utensils in the kitchen but has a decent start. A little more TLC and attention to details is all that is needed for a 5*. The dog smell was a killer. The view from the house is amazing. Fishing right off the back of the house. Friendly neighbors, great breeze and fairly decent beds. The host is easy to work with. FYI check in is 4 not 1.
