*NOTE 1: In keeping with a camping experience, the bathroom is SEPERATE, inside the main residence house (approximately 190' away) and is shared with other long-term (largely absent or unseen) guests. The listing is priced according to this fact (priced around 30-40% the cost of listings around, as this is an industrious experience, not luxury living).

*Note 4: We are the best choice around for accommodating a big boat if you are trailing. Plenty of space to loop/turn around and oversized boat parking with power hookup. We even accommodated a 47' Cigarette boat recently.
