Stayed Mar 12, 2026This is the cutest little cottage to enjoy all the things Dunedin has to offer. Will stay here again next year ! Bed is comfy. Shower has pressure. Close to Main st and TD Stadium.

Stayed Mar 29, 2026The Carriage House was perfect for our short visit to Dunedin. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. We took our bikes and it was only a few short blocks to the Pinellas Trail. Management was very responsive to all our questions.

Stayed Mar 4, 2026Carriage house was charming, clean and located within close walking distance of downtown Dunedin activities. Parking was slightly confusing at first but clarified quickly. Host was generally communicative but there was one issue that was not resolved due to lack of response from host. Overall, a positive experience and we would gladly stay there again.

Stayed Dec 26, 2025Everything about this place is wonderful. The location is fantastic and within (short) walking distance to many restaurants & shops on Main Street; 2 local breweries are also, within walking distance. The cottage itself is very clean, updated, comfortable, quiet and simply perfect. The large backyard for my dog was an added bonus. Management was nice & easy to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - thank you.
