BRADENTON BEACH, Florida
Glimpses of the water are one of the special features from this adorable coastal cottage. Lives large is what you'll say as you enter the living area with lots of windows to let the outside in. Dining area off the perfectly appointed new kitchen. Florida room offers views of the intracoastal waterway and is the perfect spot for extended living space or whatever you desire. Well appointed laundry room off the carport. This corner lot is lushly landscaped with multiple sitting areas.
We loved our stay at the cha-cha cottage! It was the perfect location for going back and forth from the beach and was clean, well-kept, and had all the appliances we needed for our stay. We would definitely here again.
Our family of five loved staying at this cute beach house! The location was great- just a couple of blocks from the beach. We had everything we needed and the decor was so fun. The master bed was very comfortable, and we loved the palm trees on the property. We rented a golf chart and had a great time touring the island and eating fantastic seafood. We would stay again!
Had a wonderful week. House is very comfortable and has everything you might need for a family of 5 to stay and enjoy the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with cook ware, knives and anything needed to make a meal. Nice TVs in almost every room, eclectic and beachy furnishings and decor. Loved the converted porch to drink coffee, read and work on a puzzle. Be aware that there are only two parking spaces and if you park on the street for any period of time ( our son stopped by for 45 minutes at 8:45 at night) you will receive a $75 ticket. There are no signs about parking so you just have to be careful but will be fine if only two vehicles and no visitors. Short walk to the beaach, nice neighborhood to bike and walk around. Will visit again.
A comfortable holiday stay. Thanks!
There are some pros and cons to my experience. I honestly think there’s so many nice places to stay on the island compared to this house. I wish I had known before the trip. The cons are there is no pool. I thought the listing stated there was a heated pool. Maybe I got confused with a different property. That being said the house was not worth the price since there was no pool area. The original plan was to let the kids swim all day besides the beach. Also, the entire street smelled like rotten eggs. It was so gross. Possible sewage? I don’t know. On the last day of our trip the sink water also started to have this egg smell. Also, the listing states views of the inter coastal. This is false. No views of any water from the house. Also the fridge was dirty when we arrived and the dryer doesn’t work good - so we had to ride home with damp clothes to wash again at home. Another small inconvenience was the living room tv had bad reception so the signal would often go in and out. Pros are the house was fully stocked with towels and kitchen items. The house was small and cozy. The couch was comfy and there were more than enough blankets and pillows for the 5 of us. The walk to the beach was extremely easy and quick. The beach was beautiful and not many people on this part of the beach. There are stores and restaurants within a mile so that’s always a plus. We had a great trip to the island but I wish we had a better house. Also I called the realtor on Wednesday when we arrived to ask about something but they didn’t call me back until Saturday morning after we checked out.
This property was great! Better than I expected! It had everything we needed, was extremely clean (we were nervous because we are in times of Covid) and we loved the vibe and feel of this cottage for the perfect pictures! We brought our own grill but the property has one so don’t carry yours on vacation! The only down side to our entire stay was that there was no light by the grill or fans... that would have been AMAZING! Nonetheless, we regret not staying longer and will definitely make this our spot for future trips to Bradenton/Anna-Maria!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cha Cha. The only negative to our stay...and a big one...was the Coronavirus that made us decide to leave AMI earlier than planned. The house itself was most enjoyable and it had about everything one would need on a vacation. The location can’t be beat either nestled between the ocean and the bay and in a VERY quiet neighborhood. My only suggestion might be more bureau space to accommodate long term renters. We were sorry to have to leave early but will definitly return to AMI!
Very nice and very clean! Only two blocks from the beach. Would recommend providing a toaster and an outdoor grill to make it even better. Everything updated nicely but the bathroom could use a shower change - drain runs very slow; and a ventilation fan.
