Caspian Cottage - Secluded log cabin on 150 acres

This is one of the very few properties with 300 5-star reviews so I felt quite confident booking the Caspian Cottage for our group's stay. As soon as we walked in the front door we could tell we weren't going to want to leave. There's not much that hasn't been said already but I just want to add that when we were at the cottage that we spent almost every waking minute in the screened-in-porch area. It was so relaxing and yet so noisy, with the noise being provided by cicadas, various birds, and other animals. Many trails to walk on the grounds also, very peaceful whether by yourself or walking with someone else. Would absolutely stay here again.

My husband planned this trip for us for our 30th anniversary. It was amazing! Caspian Cottage is beautiful and fully stocked with all the essentials. We planned to take a day trip to Nashville and go out for dinner several times, but we both agreed we would rather stay at the cottage, grill and just relax! Our nephew and family who live in TN came to visit us for an evening while we were there. I made dinner and we had a great time. They loved it there as well. We hope to come back in the autumn season sometime. Highly recommended and super nice hostess in Sharolyn! Thanks!

Our family had an absolutely amazing time. From the cozy decor, the relaxing outdoor area, beautiful kitchen and overall comfort made for a memorable experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Caspian Cottage. It is super clean, quiet, comfortable, and has about everything one would need. We particularly enjoyed the indoor/outdoor fireplace and screened porch. The beds are very comfortable and sheets/towels, etc. are very nice. The surrounding property is beautiful, as is the area in general. The location is close to Nashville - just an easy drive away. We will be back!Traveler Tip: The upstairs bed is super comfy, just beware the square footer corners - I kept bumping into them.

The cottage was perfect! Everything is clean and beautiful. Thst was our 3rd time there and it couldn't have been any better. Sharolyn is always so pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the hiking and just relaxing on the screened in porch. The fireplaces were wonderful! An awesome place to stay!

Our family has stayed at this place several times. We love the location, cleanliness, and layout of the cabin. We have never been disappointed, when you walk the 150 acres, it is so peaceful and beautiful. I wish we could have stayed longer!

The Caspian Cottage was an amazing place to stay. From the welcome cookies to the lovely owner Sharolyn stopping by to welcome us, we had a 5-star experience. The cabin is immaculately clean and I don’t think we have ever had a cabin so well and thoughtfully stocked. The cabin’s setting is so peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed strolling the trails and spent time lounging by the outdoor fireplace on that wonderful screened in porch. Truly an amazing place. We loved every minute of our stay.

Our family of 6 had the best Thanksgiving! The property is gorgeous inside and out! The trails the creek, the friendly owners were all we could have asked for. You will not be disappointed and we will definitely be coming back!

Host is so welcoming! This was our 3rd stay and it just keeps getting better. You can’t beat the peace and quiet. The property is well-maintained and has everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay. Being able to walk by horses throughout the many trails is surreal!

This was by far one of the best homes we have rented! It is a beautiful cabin nestled in absolutely beautiful property. The home had all of the amenities you would need/want and then some. There were five of us on our girls trip and each of us loved our accommodations. The screened in porch was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy each others company. We loved it!!

Sharolyn was awesome & her property is absolutly beautiful! The cabin was spotless & a one of a kind! Her huge place is flawlessly kept perfectly beautiful! We had a great time with the kids & grandkids walking the many trails & playing/swimming in the creek.

This home is beautiful, the attention to details was wonderful, everything you needed to have for a relaxing getaway. The property wad beautiful and to wake up in the morning, sit on the screened in porch eith your coffee and watch the horses grazing was pure delight. It wad fun to explore the trails and feel you are completely isolated,yet you are only a 5 minute drive to a grocery store& restaurants our host was fabulous, you knew u could reach out to her,but there was never a need. Highly recommend if you want a tranquil getaway that is 30 minutes from Nashville, so easy to sightsee then come back and relax.

Caspian cottage is for us a paradise in Paradise Ranch. Secluded but within its own complete world. A refreshing nature noise all around. Clean well kept and with all you need inside. A great place to relax, refresh your mind and enjoy. Will love to comeback.

We booked the Caspian Cottage for a long weekend and it was perfect! The location was great. It was about 40 minutes from Nashville with traffic, but allowed us a peaceful getaway from the city. The owner was great, and I would definitely come back!

Caspian Cottage is the most beautiful, relaxing get-away place we've ever stayed! Sit back, all snuggled up in front of the fireplace on the screened-in porch. If you like hiking, you'll have another reason to love this property, as there are many trails. There are also horses all over the property. They are relaxing just to watch. There's nothing not to enjoy at Caspian Cottage. My husband and I highly recommend this amazing, cozy cabin!! We will definitely be back!

Caspian Cottage was perfect for a 3 night getaway with my best friend! The cottage is beautiful and had everything we needed plus more. We spent our evenings relaxing outside in the enclosed patio, in front of the fireplace. The walking trails were great! We loved seeing all of the horses. I would definitely recommend staying here! Our vacation game plan quickly changed from buzzing over to Nashville two or three times during our stay, to spending just one afternoon (two or three hours) downtown. Most of the time we were content to chill on the screened-in porch or walk the many trails and explore the property. The attention to detail inside the cabin and all 150 acres shows just how much this hideaway is loved and cared for. And our host was just the very best! This is a beautiful property and cabin, lacking nothing. The walking trails were beautiful and quite private. The horses were beautiful and the staff we met were friendly. The Caspian cabin is beautiful and comfortable and the screened in deck area is awesome for quiet morning and evening talks or quiet times.

My family and I had an amazing time staying at Caspian cottage. We enjoyed the hiking trials on the property, seeing all the amazing beautiful horses and wildlife. Our little one enjoyed splashing around in the creek and playing on the treehouse. Sharolyn was an amazing host. We can't wait to go back!

We dropped our only child at Belmont University in Nashville and took 3 days to relax, destress and celebrate our anniversary. The cabin is amazing! Everything in it and every part of it is quality. It is not huge, but perfect for 2 -4 people. While the house is incredible, it is outshined by the property! Gorgeous horse pastures surrounded by huge trees, a crystal clear running creek, miles of trails, all beautiful and well kept. We had perfect weather and spent most of our time on the screened in porch just reading and listening to the wind in the trees. We saw deer, foxes and lots of birds. We will be back!
