Stayed Dec 15, 2025Excellent location central to everything and close to the plaza. Quiet at night. Host was very responsive and flexible about allowing pets traveling with me. The tiny yard was great for quick doggy potty breaks. Great to have laundry in-unit and the heated mattress pad was a nice touch in winter.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024The one-bedroom cabin was larger than expected, with dining and living areas, very cutely decorated, with a supply of books. Kitchen, bathroom, and heating systems were very good. Kitchen wares, towels and linens, and pillows were very good. No disappointments or issues. Would stay there again.

Stayed Aug 16, 2024We enjoyed the whimsy of this casita. It is a funky little place perfect for a single or couple. We appreciated the “dog sheets”, the artwork, listening to old records, and hanging outside. Close to downtown but still very quiet and peaceful.

Stayed Jul 15, 2024This is a sweet, little casita that’s very nice for the price. It has many steps and levels, though, so may not be right for older tenants as there’s certainly a fall possibility. The amenities are as described and although the TV is difficult to figure out, it did finally work. It’s very comfortable and quiet, but needs a few more window coverings for single women travelers to feel comfortable.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024Expensive for one night for two people. Final total was $362 with all the fees. Makes the posted “$135/night” rather misleading. We needed something soon and the location was good, so it was okay. We tried to contact owner about an earlier arrival of a couple hours because it was very hot that day, but got no answer.

Stayed Jul 11, 2024Never got the TV to work with Netflix and called the host twice and never got anyone to follow-up to fix it as she promised. Don't book here if you drive anything larger than an SUV. We have a dually truck and it was a chore getting in and out. The neighbors in the other unit had a small motorcycle trailer and had to dc it and turn it around by hand. The street is very narrow and has a lot of fast traffic so don't plan on walks with your dog unless you drive to the park. It was very clean inside but the grounds have not been kept up very well, lots of weeds, overgrown bushes, etc. I had requested a late checkout and she said it was no problem if out by 1:00, as my husband had a long Dr. appt and wasn't going to be done until noon. At 10:15 the host called and wanted to know why I wasn't out. I reminded her of our deal but she said there was someone coming in that afternoon so I had to be out by 11:00. This was not what I expected and it was too warm to just hang out with my dog downtown. Would not stay here again.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024The house was very comfortable. The property is in a quiet area but local attractions are easily accessible. The Plaza and Kit Carson Park are a short walk away. I would highly recommend Casita Juliet to friends and family.
