Stayed May 19, 2026The property was squeaky clean and well equipped with comfy beds and high quality linens. The view fro the living room of the Bay was beautiful.We had some trouble finding the right unit from the description as the unit is in the back which was not indicated in the letter from the owner.Also, there are steep steps leading up to the unit which may be inappropriate for the elderly or those with mobility issues.Outside of that, a beautiful apartment which was walking distance to town. A very pleasant stay.

Stayed Apr 30, 2026Property is in an amazing location. A very short walk to Main Street- also an easy walk to the pier. The oyster pond area was perfect place to watch the sunset! The house is just as pictured and described. Very clean and well stocked. Host was responsive. Overall, loved this property and looking forward to coming back!

Stayed Aug 31, 2025My daughters and I enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House. The view was beautiful and the location was perfect for us. We were able to walk to town to shop and eat. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Chatham.

We had a separate bedroom for our toddler - the kitchen and living space was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hosts were very easy to get in touch with and the house was clean! We will definitely be coming back!

Stayed Apr 17, 2025Loved our stay in the Carriage House! Great location, great views, and well cared for space. Felt like a home away from home. Kitchen was well stocked, and entire home was very clean. We enjoyed ping pong in the game room too. House and windmill on same property were occupied but we never heard other people from the Carriage House. We enjoyed walks to the pond in the morning and to dinner in the evenings. Twin beds were great for our teen kids to have their own space. Highly recommend and hope to return!
