It was close by the beach, close by most of the fun amenities in the area, while also being nestled in a quiet residential area. The property owner made our stay easy and was great about any communication. We had a great time & look forward to booking this home again for future stays on the cape!

Stayed Aug 31, 2025We had such a wonderful time! This house is perfect and in such a great location. Walking to the beach was so easy even with 2 small children. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the fully fenced backyard and outdoor shower. We definitely hope to stay here again.

Stayed Jun 19, 2025We stayed in this adorable cottage for 5 nights. It was even nicer than the pictures. Plenty of room for mom and two teenage boys. The owners have thought of everything you need to have a great vacation. The kitchen is nicely equipped for meal prep. The area is close to everything. Being Mid-Cape made it easy to drive to and enjoy all parts of The Cape. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe. Thank you for letting us share your slice of heaven!

Stayed Jun 12, 2025Place was spotless and in an awesome location check in was easy and communication was great. Other reviews say it was warm but there was AC and I was comfortable the entire time. would definitely book again/recommend this property.
