Cape Cod/Oceanfront on Nantucket Sound w/ Private Beach & Deck, Free Kayaks

Small studio feel house. The pull down bed was comfortable and we left it down for the week because there was enough room to walk around it. There is no oven or washer/dryer. There is a stove cook top and small fridge. Beautiful ocean front view. We saw our first horseshoe crab! We couldnt get the rear stove top to work and the owner came right out. Perfect for 2 people! We regret not bringing water shoes. We recommend and would go back. We went on whale watching and a seal watching excursion that were great.

Host was so friendly and so accommodating. House was clean and the view was beautiful. My family enjoyed our stay so much we reached out to our host and she was able to help us stay for one more night. Would highly recommend. This was a perfect beach front getaway.

Cozy space and amazing location. Easy drive to all our destinations on the cape. Amazing beach for shell collectors, bird watchers or just to watch the waves. Beautiful to walk at sunrise!

This is our 2nd year coming down for mother's day weekend and has become our little slice of heaven. The inside of this cottage is always so clean, airy and bright. The vaulted ceiling really opens it up. Both years the weather was pretty raw and rainy most of the time... but it doesn't even matter. No matter where you are in that precious little cottage, you can see the ocean since you're literally on the beach. Dawn is wonderful to work with and so responsive. There's everything that you need as far as appliances (including a 2 burner stove top, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, keurig and spacious mini fridge), pillows, blankets, free Wi-Fi and smart TV. There's room to sleep up to 3 and the Murphy bed is simple to use. This is great if you're looking for a cozy and romantic getaway! Thanks again Dawn!

It's a great location for a mini-retreat. Right on the water with all the sights and sounds that entails. Easy to get to and access and matches the pictures closely.

Everything about our mother/daughter Spring Break getaway was perfect ! The host ,Dawn, was great with communication and being right on the beach was so good for the soul !

The location is very nice, right on the beach. There are many restaurants a short drive away.The cottage was clean and had most of things needed, you do need to bring your own queen sized sheets, towels, and paper products (there are paper products there, but no replacements). The cottage is very small, especially the bathroom, so be prepared for that.

Overall a perfect couples location. Dawn was awesome to work with. Will definitely return.

Location can’t be beat! Although small, this property has everything you need. The sunrises were spectacular. We loved having our coffee/wine on the deck watching the waves. Ideal for couples needing a romantic getaway. Check in was very easy and our hosts were incredibly responsive.

The beach at your feet with a perfect cottage to anchor at. Great walking location around you and has to be warmest water on the cape. We only wished we could stay longer!

We’ve been to the Cape many times, for many years, but this place is very special. The location cannot be beat and having the private beach for a backyard is amazing! The house is very small but had all we needed, was perfect for me and my two kids. The beds were comfortable and the off street parking in the driveway was very nice. If you know Yarmouth, this location is very easy to get to anything you’d want to go to. Thanks for the wonderful weekend!

Accommodations well suited for two adults. The beach is literally on your doorstep. Location to other town resources and highway easy to get to.

Beautiful spot!

The description is exactly as stated and just as wonderful as it sounds! If you want a little romantic getaway or a little bit of solitude, then this is the place. It has exactly what you need and so much more...the constant sound of the waves were my favorite. You can hear them whether the windows are open or closed so don't let the off season stop you! It was amazing to be able to see the sun and moon rise over the water right from the bed. If it's warm enough for you, take the opportunity to sit out on the beach deck to watch the stars in your pj's..because you can! There wasn't a moment we didn't enjoy and that includes one of those days that I was sick unfortunately. Is there a better place to feel lousy? Dawn was so easy to communicate with and very responsive. Thank you again Dawn! We look forward to coming back down!

Absolutely loved this property. The house was small, clean, and right on the beach. Perfect for 2 people. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I just went to book this place again for next year and the price has been raised to $600 a night. So sad, I wanted to go back but not at that price.

Beautiful, well-equipped house right on the beach, convenient to Hyannis port and all the Cape has to offer.

Adorable, romantic, peaceful, exceptional views, ocean steps away. Exactly what it stated online. The only downside is the extremely close proximity to guests staying in either house next door.
