BVR 30 - Whim by the Beach by Liquid Life

Everything was amazing. For amenities it would help to note shuttle service to beach, casita by pool/no designated casita by pool. We loved seeing the wild life in the preserved area. The villas were so very sound proof we rarely heard our neighbors. Well equipped, super clean, relaxing and enjoyable in every way. So close to everything but we felt far away!!!

Great condo, complex and location. Enjoyed the pool and daily activities at the complex - morning yoga by the pool and coffee/donuts/games one morning. Condo was clean, nice and just as described. Loved easy access to nature trail - walked trail to beach state park pavilion/beach access and walked back on beach. Only 1 miles drive to state park beach parking that is 10 a day and beach is much less crowded there than down by all the condos. Saw two bald eagles on nature trail! Only issue with check in was main gate code had changed and we had to get a different code to get in. Code to condo was correct but didn’t work until about 5-10 minutes after 4. Would definitely book here again! Bring your own laundry detergent and extra toilet paper

We loved our stay at the Beach Village Resort. Super clean and just a neat place. We also took advantage of the adjacent State park trails on a cloudy day. We will definitely return!

The place was clean and quiet. The neighborhood was gated and safe. Clean pools beautiful beach and quick access to the private beach.

Nice house. Decent location. When traveling with a seven year old, however, it would have been nice to know that the internet and TVs were spotty at best. Everything ran off the internet and it would frequently just go out, which would cause the TVs to go out too. We called to have the router reset (since we could not find it) and it looks like someone came to do so, but there was no change in connectivity of the service. Either pay for the top tier internet service or let potential guests know that the internet isn't the greatest. Otherwise, the beds were every comfortable and everything else was fine.

Responsiveness from staff was not great -guest arm bands promised were never delivered to property despite phone call. Some long response times sometimes . Overall customer service was ok but support staff needs to improve some. Wi-Fi was terrible -could hardly watch a movie. In this day and age this will lose you customers. Wi-Fi connectivity should be flawless in 2023. House was great and property very well maintained. Would consider it again as long as we have reliable internet.

All cabinets and drawers were equipped with the soft close mechanism, which is great when you have kiddos. The pool area was awesome, as we stayed there all day everyday. Since it was March, the gulf was chilly, but the resort pool had warm water filtered in, so it was much more tolerable. The kids loved the slide, lazy river, and the pool area allowed for plenty of room to toss a ball or two. Very family oriented with lots of kiddos in the water each day. I would definitely recommend to a friend and would love to stay again.
