Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd time staying, but first with young kids. They loved it. They enjoyed the gator in the lagoon as well. Only issue we have is that it’s a lot of work with kids to go to the beach. I wish there were golf cart rentals or ultimately some properties on the beach.

Everything was extremely clean and nice! The check-in/out process was seemingly effortless! We will definitely be visiting again soon!!

We loved the pool and lazy river. My only suggestion would have a snack bar located in the pool dining area.

Protected marsh preserve off the back porch with herons, turtles, ducks and alligators with beauty sunsets. Front porch overlooks the pool and lazy river. Not far from the Gulf State Park - great location! State of the art kitchen and everything you need for a perfect stay!

Our kids had a blast in the pools, lazy river and the water slide. 18 Toes was exceptional. The unit was perfectly clean and beautiful. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us to hang out and enjoy. Couldn't recommend it highly enough. A couple of things BVR needs to work on: 1) the kitchen needs a cutting board and some more dish towels, 2) you need to close the gap in the fence that keeps the alligators away from my kids.

Reviewer Comments: Overall we were very happy as a family with the rental experience... if our only complaints would be the amounts of household items left at the unit and then also the rental cabanas... I would say overall it was a 5 out of 5 stay for us. First time to the area and definitely will be back.

Stayed Feb 11, 2023The convenience of being able to connect right to the bike trail from the resort was wonderful. Beach access just a walk down the street with a signal light there to stop traffic for pedestrians. State park near by was great. We enjoyed multiple Mardi Gras parades while we're were there. Still somewhat under construction so will be even better when complete!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only fair. On our last visit we had a much nicer stay. This time, we were not able to enjoy the pool. We made several requests to have the temperature raised to a reasonable level, but our requests were not acted on. The weather (air temperature) was warm enough to swim, but the water temperature never got above 68 degrees, too cold to swim. We recommend not coming off season if you are planning to use the pool.
