I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at Beach Village. We normally stay at beach front condos which are wonderful for the views, but it was SO nice to have our own little home away from home staying in a house. The pool area was exceptional. My kids loved the lazy river and slide and my husband and I loved lounging and relaxing pool side. We also really enjoyed the private entrance to the state park. We will definitely plan another trip here soon and have told all of our friends!

Stayed Feb 17, 2023Great location and absolutely beautiful house. Very clean and beautifully decorated with plenty of space. Only two complaints— the water pressure in the showers was terrible, like barely as strong as the foot showers when you leave the beach. Also, since we were there on a weekend with cold weather, we struggled to get the unit to a comfortable temp— when we used the central heat, it would be crazy hot upstairs and still freezing downstairs. And when we called the property manager to see if there was a separate thermostat we were missing, we left a message but never got a call back. So no communication there. Bottom line- great location, beautiful home, but a couple of downsides and no support if there are issues.

Reviewer Comments: This was the perfection location and house for our softball tournament week. The house was perfect, beautiful styling, great amenities and so much space. The pool was perfect to cool down after a long day at the park and it was so much fun.

Stayed Jul 1, 2022Perfect space for me, my wife, our infant son, and in-laws. Came with all home essentials you need, although we brought extra dishwashing pods. Was very clean. Pool was fantastic and a big reason on why we booked here. Great location, close to everything. Appreciated the gated community

Ideal for several families/large groups travelling together but still wanting their privacy. Pool was Amazing. Condo was STUNNING!! Central location with a quick walk to the beach. Stayed Jun 15, 2022Orange beach is our favorite vacation spot. We had a great time at the princess sand castle! The rental process was easy and the property management company was excellent at communicating, even down to the video of how to get to the beach from the home. The townhome was beautifully decorated and clean. The community was very nice, including the common area and the pool! It met all the needs for our family of 6. We would definitely stay here again!!
