Buttercup Cottage close to downtown Hendersonville fully fenced all pets welcome

This place alis absolutely amazing and better than I thought it would be! I will definitely be back. No more hotels for me when I visit my grandson!!!

Very clean and cute cottage! Perfect for us and our little dogs with the fenced in yard! It was well stocked with snacks and coffee of different kinds! Very pet friendly and it had ample parking!

When we arrived we saw an older small building, but when we entered we found a beautiful laid out apartment. The host had fixed a boutique style space with everything a renter could want. It had a small but complete kitchen, a nice bathroom, and a living room/bedroom combination. It was our dog’s dream house with beds, dishes, and a fenced in yard. The only problem we had is my wife had some trouble with the front steps as she is very disabled. It was in a quiet area of town and served our purpose well.

Great accommodations for travelers with pets. We had both a cat and dog and they were very happy with the space.

Super clean and all the linens (bedding, towels, rugs, etc) were super soft and cozy. We loved having a fenced in yard. Great location! Very well stocked with pretty much everything you can think of. We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again. The only thing we were surprised by was no AC - they use a portable unit that they do not install until April. We found this out when we messaged them because it was quite stuffy(80 degrees outside) when we arrived but luckily the weather cooled down so we didnt need it. They offered to bring one if we needed it around 3pm the next day, but that was the last day it was warm. We just cracked the windows at night to cool it off.

Great cottage with in walking distance to downtown and several local breweries. It was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need and the hostess did a wonderful job of decorating for St.Patricks day. One thing we really liked was how quiet it was at night as the location is kinda tucked away on a side street. Both us and the dog loved the fenced in backyard and also walking around in the historic neighborhood with it's beautiful houses. We just got home yesterday and we're already talking about when we will go back.

The host was great at responding quickly and the place was very comfortable-our dogs loved it. Small extra touches made this place stand out. I would definitely recommend a stay here and would stay here again!!

The cottage was extremely clean, very well stocked with coffee and teas. Charmingly decorated for Christmas.

Cutest little cottage. Walking distance to downtown & trails. Nice fenced in yard for pets. My husband & I brought out 2 golden retrievers. There were extra pets bowls, leashes, dog beds, etc. Very peaceful.

The location was perfect for my significant other and our two cats. It’s very hard to find places that allow cats so this was perfect! It was walking distance to the park which was a bonus.

We got in early and it was no problem with early access! The rental was as described. They are very pet friendly. The host replied very quickly to my questions. Next time we visit Hendersonville we will definitely see if this unit is available!

Cute tiny home. Its in a good location to downtown. It only has 1 small parking spot so we were glad we took our smaller suv. There is a lot of good things about this property but we were disappointed by how overgrown and buggy the grounds were for our dog. The bathroom while very nice doesnt allow space for your own items. It worked for our short trip but would have been difficult for a long one.

Perfect for my husband and I and 2 pups. Everything you needed for an overnight was provided and the fenced in yard was fantastic!

Great location and so nice we could bring the dogs! Would like to return with our bikes! Easy access to the new Ecusta Trail. Communication with owner was quick and easy also.

The location we stayed at was adjacent to the cottage as the owner thought we would be more comfortable there given our dogs (great days). Cozy cottage, central location & great host cimmunication

Best and cutest place I've ever stayed. So dog friendly and would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Love the fenced in yard, our dog was right at home and it's close enough to walk downtown. Super fantastic.

Great location—easy drive or walk to downtown. The owner has really paid attention to detail, so even though it’s small, it has everything you need and is thoughtfully appointed. Lovely fenced-in side yard where your pups can play and you can just sit, relax and listen to the songbirds.

We enjoyed our stay at The Buttercup! It was cozy perfection. Down to the decor for th 4th of July holiday. Very pratriotic!! Very pet frie dly even though we didnt have our fur babies with us we know they are VERY welcome! We will be back!

Loved this little cottage. I will definately use it again. It's the perfect set up for myself and 2 small dogs. Having a fenced in yard is incredible, plus charming neighborhoods to walk through.

Beautiful, modernized and excellent use of space. King-size bed was unexpected. Great location and beautiful cottage.

My wife, our 3 dogs and I all stayed at Buttercup cottage. Having 3 dogs all over 60 pounds makes it hard to find a place to stay. We where able to stay here with more than enough room PLUS a fenced in yard for the dogs to play. Large king size bed plus a very spacious couch, a small kitchen with plenty of coffee and tea stocked up. We loved everything about this house. We loved the close proximity to downtown Hendersonville and it was easy to get to Asheville and local hiking trails. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future!

What a treat the cottage is! My partner,Myself, and our two dogs had a lovely stay. The host was super responsive if I had a question and the property was thoughtfully designed. The yard was perfect!

This location worked well for us. It’s very small, but offers some extras that helped with tight space. The towel bar needs repair and a box of tissues would be a good idea, especially in spring.

I loved the location and the cottage was ver comfortable for my stay with two dogs in Hendersonville. Excellent location for walking.

We stayed with 3 dogs . Not small dogs. The cottage is small but, they are used to a camper so,wasn't bad. Easy to get in with key pad. Would definitely recommend and book again if we are back this way.

The cottage was a perfect homebase for our quick trip to the mountains. There was plenty of room for us and our two 80lb dogs. The house was clean and found it to be exactly as described. The fenced in yard was great to let our pups out without leashes for quick potty breaks. A wonderful little house and we will absolutely stay again when in Hendersonville.

We really enjoyed our stay at the little house Everything was as advertised , small, clean pet friendly little house with lots of little extras that made us feel very welcome Big enough for 2 people and the fact that there is a relatively big fenced in yard , made it perfect for us and our dogs Hope to be back

Wonderful small old bungalow renovated beautifully. Had everything we needed for the weekend. Does say it has a washer/dryer, but it does not. Glad we didn't need one. If you are staying when it's hot out, be aware that the portable A/C unit is noisy.

Owner did not send access code until 9:45 pm day of check in so I can’t comment on property as we made other accommodations.

We are old(79+)and disabled. We chose Buttercup because of availability, handicapped shower, and fenced yard for dog. It had all those things and friendly management. But it didn't work for us because of 3 concrete steps to enter and exit. We both are short in stature, use rolling walkers for ambulatory assistance, and are old. The steps were difficult and scary. And the bed was so high we had difficulty getting in to it And the cottage was so small we couldn't use both our walkers in it. I think it would be good for a younger couple with normal mobility and a dog or 2. But for us not so much. The owner was very cordial when we cut short our stay.

I spent a delightful week in this well appointed tiny cottage. It was perfect for me and my beloved 15 year old pup. Great fenced in yard. House has everything needed. It was the perfect place from which to enjoy the great things to do in the Hendersonville area. Host was attentive and welcoming, too.
