Clean, great communication, very welcoming, cozy atmosphere

Perfect little beach bungalow!! Wendy is wonderful! Our go-to spot for our yearly sibling get together. Beautiful setting! Short walk to the beach and pier.

Wendy was very accommodating and her beach cottage was exactly what we were looking for. So close to the beach and shops. We loved our stay in Redondo!

Cute, clean and comfortable! The location can’t be any better as it’s just walking distance from Redondo Pier. The kitchen, bathrooms and whole house were well stocked…and did I mention clean?! The host, Wendy, was amazing and made us feel so welcome. We will be back for sure!

The cottage is small but perfectly formed -- and what a great location! If you like to explore neighborhoods on foot (as I do) there can't be a better location in Redondo beach. Host is delightful! So much to see and do!

It was a great, cute little place. Had everything we needed and more. Good location for going to the pier and the beach, plenty of street parking, etc.Communication was great, and welcome folder helped a lot!

The cottage was small, nice an well equipted.Beautifull backyard to relax.Only a short way (10min.) to the beach, restaurants and other poi's.

The relaxing atmosphere in this beach cottage was perfect! I had an interment memorial service at Green Hills followed by a memorial lunch at El Torito restaurant on the Redondo Beach pier - a very close convenient walk from the cottage. We enjoyed our short walks to the pier. The overall stay turned out amazing and memorable.

Beautiful location, cute little cottage with lots of amenities. Front and back patios are perfect for a little hangout outside. Beautiful and clean historic cottage!!

This house is a perfect place to stay in Redondo. It's located near so many things to do and places to eat that you can't go wrong. The cottage was cute, clean and the host makes check in and check out very easy. Definitely recommend for anyone coming to the area.

The place is small but perfect location right across from the Pier. Kids had fun playing in the water everyday.

Pros: great location, parking was easy, manager was communicative, had plenty of sheets, towels and we enjoyed our stay.Cons: older house so everything creaked. Bed, floor, heater, doors, so if you have light sleepers beware. Small place, barely fit our family of 5. Shower was tiny. Doorknobs were older and kids almost got stuck in bathroom. Still worked for us and we appreciated our stay!

We had the best time at this bungalow. Just a few blocks from the beach and the pier, the location is great. And the place is really cute. Everything you need!

This is an awesome cottage in a prime location walking distance to the beach and Redondo Pier. It’s well- equipped and comfortable. It makes a great base for exploring the area with a small family. Communication is great.

Cute cottage in great location!

If you love bugs this is the place for you. The unit was dirty. The bathtub stunk. Shower curtain was old and just gross. Owner still owes me $600, won’t answer calls or return texts. We’ve knocked on her door multiple times but she won’t come to the door. Ended up moving to a different property after 3 days when we were supposed to be there a week. Couldn’t take the spiders in the bed or the ants crawling all over the bathroom sink and kitchen counters. The minute you set a plate of food on the counter ants immediately find it. We have booked with VRBO many, many times and always had great success but not this time. Overall a very unpleasant experience.

Eight longtime friends had a five day LA experience for the occasion of my granddaughter’s wedding. Landing at Burnham Cottages was a stroke of magic. We swam, visited the farmers market and fish market prepared a feast in the fully equipped kitchen, gathered in the communal garden patio and frequented the many restaurants a block from our oasis of perfect seclusion. Thank Wendy for sharing your historic cottages.
