Burbank 30+ Day Rental Private Quiet Guest House Warner Bro & St Joseph & NYFA

Finding a place that would allow us to bring our fur baby, Bandit, was really challenging. So, it was wonderful when we found the Turner's pet friendly place and in the Burbank Equestrian center neighborhood too. The unit was perfect for hubby and I and our baby Bandit who had free reign or yard to play. The Turners we're great hosts; they were very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely consider staying at the Turner's place again next time we're down in Burbank visiting our family.

The apartment is exactly as described. It's clean and perfect for one or two travelers. The bed and linens are comfy.

The place was as advertised: beautiful, quiet, clean and near Griffith park and Hollywood. Our host, Patricia, was responsive and polite. Perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway.

Nice neighborhood and quiet and clean. Easy to get to and perfect location for us to grab the shuttle to the Hollywood Bowl. Our hosts were nice and had the perfect amount of interaction.

The place was perfect, close to all the Hollywood doins including right across the fence from Warner brothers. Cute little rental!

Wonderful location and perfect setting for our quick stay in Burbank. Patricia is a wonderful host! She had everything ready for us with lights on for a late arrival, she made sure she was available if needed. Adorable, clean, quiet and comfortable little place for me and my daughter to stay as she transitioned to the area. We will definitely stay again.

Although small, this quaint little place was great for our three-night stay. Patricia was very thorough and welcoming. The only issue was our little Frenchie was so used to doing her business on rocks in Vegas that she took offense to all the beautiful grass! It was a wonderful stay, we'll be back.

Such a beautiful property! Great neighborhood, very quiet, yet close to so many LA attractions! Being dog friendly is important to us, and this property is perfect. Longs grassy walk across the street, and nice park for a longer walk close by. Owners were very accommodating for a couple of special requests. We will definitely stay again!

This was a last minute work trip for 2 weeks. Being a single traveling woman, safety is my #1, then parking.Not only did I feel safe in this sweet little bungalow, but the street itself, and location can’t get any better. The host was super sweet and accommodating when my plans became unpredictable and I had to change at last minute. I will definitely return in the future if it’s available!

This is our second time staying here and it was just as perfect as the first time! The location is beautiful and set in a gorgeous neighborhood, right next to WB studios. Patricia is absolutely lovely and accommodating, and even took the time to introduce herself to our pups. I am so grateful for her space and kindness. We will definitely be back!

Everything about the unit was very nice. It was clean, quiet and the furnishings were in very good condition. It is, however, very small and can really only accommodate two adults and one child.

My only regret about my stay here is that I couldn’t stay longer. My dogs and I were here for about a week and it was just lovely. The house is beyond well-appointed and Peggy has done a masterful job of making sure you have everything thing you need, know where to find it, and understand the tiny quirks of the property. The interior is very cute, and cozy with nice light during the day. The bed is so comfortable - I admit it made me a little lazy a couple times. The VERY large private patio is wonderful, especially in the evenings with the bistro lighting. Wonderful street to walk on; hardly see cars driving by. The studios and really great markets, restaurants and shops are a minute away. Thank you, Peggy! You’re awesome and Buckley, Fitzy and I can’t wait to come back. Thank you!

The place was exactly what I needed for a quick visit to see my nephew. I travel with my old dog and we wanted a nice outdoor space for her. And somewhere we could enjoy the outdoors as well. It’s lovely and private and comfortable. And the little house is darling and well equipped. Patricia was also a responsive and accommodating host. Thank you.

Another outstanding stay with Peggy, as always. Great location and the place is always prepared for guests. Not sure how it could be any better. Highly recommended for single or couple after staying there many times.

The stay was better than expected. The house is located in a great area. It’s very safe and clean. Close to the studios and lots of great restaurants. They had everything you needed and a nice full-sized refrigerator. We were able to bring our old dog with which requires special medication for seizures. The host is very gracious; we wish them many blessings for the kindness. Thanks again!

The accommodations were clean and the property was beautiful. My favorite part was the location within walking distance of Warner Bros. Studios. Excellent host with wonderful customer service.
