We've been renting properties for many years and this was by far the worst we've had. To say that everything was shabby is being kind and I hadn't slept in flannelette sheets for over 40 years until I got there. Sheets of thin fabric as curtains fastened up with velcro and draped over warm air outlets. The coffee machine had such a large crack in the jug as to render it unusable and potentailly dangerous. Several other serious fire risk hazards including bed drapes covering the Internet box. It's the first rental we've had with no welcome book giving instructions about the area, things in the house such as thermostat control, waste collection, etc. The beds are a total disgrace and all need to be replaced - one is very high to climb onto, one is on the floor, one is very low and the 4th is a metal 4-poster in part of the dining room with a 2 door partition that doesn't close properly. It's such a shame because the location was really good but the property needs a lot of money spending on it to bring it up to a reasonable standard - the potential is there. As it is our strong recommendadtion is don't rent this property. I don't know who wrote those glowing reviews but they are so far off the mark that their validity should be questioned.

Everything was lovely and well maintained in the rooms. Hot tub and sauna are magical with the water view.A juvenile great horned owl was in a tree nearby. The nights were cool. The air sweet. Highly recommended.Especially lovely was the communication with Grace and co. We will be back if they'll have us.

We had a relaxing and fun filled week. All the backyard amenities were enjoyed. The house provided plenty of space for our group of 7. The location was quiet but also close to everything we wanted to do. The delightful Charles Daley Park is less than five minutes away with a beach, bathhouse and fishing. We visited Niagara Falls for the boat ride, journey behind the falls, Skywheel and the butterfly conservatory. We visited Niagara on the Lake. We took an awesome cruise with Captain Bob on his 52ft Formula Yacht for an offshore tour of Toronto and Lake Ontario. We also visited the African Lion Safari in Hamilton and did a fishing charter from Port Dalhousie. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook the fish we caught. We enjoyed watching the sunset on the lake from the backyard.

Grace and Kayla’s home is absolutely amazing for the “Niagara Falls” family vacation, without staying in the crowds of Niagara. The home had everything we needed, and the hot tub was a great way to unwind in the evening. All the beds were very comfortable and the pillows were also comfy! Grace and Kayla have a wonderful espresso machine that makes delicious coffee for your morning coffee as you watch the sunrise. The basement has another fridge if you have a large family that needs space. Please try the Fat Rabbit and Port Side restaurants is Dalhousie! Absolutely delicious!Henry of Pelham Estates Winery is the perfect lazy, listen to great music, eat fabulous food, and enjoy wine kind of day!Don’t forget to pick up authentic and delectable Maple Syrup from White Meadows Farms. My pancakes have never been so happy! Cant wait to visit again!

Location is amazing. Right off the highway. However there needs to be better signage to find the actual location. Property is huge and great for hosting groups. Room in the basement should be moved to exercise room to be advertised as an actual room. There needs to be some general maintenance done to bring the property up to 5 stars. Overall my group and I enjoyed our stay

Met up with family for two weeks for holiday. The house was so perfect. Close enough to Niagara Falls and shopping but we had privacy on the lake. It was a great location. The hostess answered every message within minutes even giving us a place to use for the day when the power went out. We highly recommend this property!
