Bright Belmar Cottage < Half Mi to Boardwalk!

Absolutely beautiful property and so convenient to everything. Beach was a 10 minute walk and town was 15. Surf bar less than 5 minutes which had amazing food. Place was immaculate and our hosts were very accessible. This little gem is well worth a visit. We will definitely stay here again .

Had a little difficulty opening the lock box as the numbers were quite small, bring your glasses . The cottage was Clean, bright and refreshing. Few blocks from the beach. We had a blast. Only needed to stay for Sat and Sun but 3 night stay was required. Otherwise, nice place!

House is in a great spot. Very convenient to everyone you want to do. Great for location for me.

Overall 10/10! perfect for a weekend getaway

The location of this house was perfect for a busy weekend at the shore, good walk to beach and bars. However, the place wasn't very clean. There was garbage under the bathroom sink and pullout couch which made me nervous about the overall cleanliness of the place. Other than that, the location was perfect for people looking for a beach weekend with friends.

It is a very cute and well decorated cottage and it has all the essentials that you would need for your stay. The check-in was seamless due to the lockbox on the cottage. It is a very convenient location, but with that convenience comes some inconveniences. It’s down the street from a local hang out and parking can be an issue on Friday and Saturday nights. It’s the off season and we had to park a block and a half away. Which again isn’t too terrible, but if you had a lot to unload or load it would be frustrating because it’s on a narrow one way street. * It is stated “first come first serve parking” in the description.The only negative, if you will, is the window matchstick treatments covering every window and they offer very little privacy, especially at night.

Enjoyable location right by the beach.

My partner and I booked this place for a short weekend getaway for our anniversary and had a great time. The house looked exactly like the pictures, and the host was responsive when I asked them a question.

Lots of beach-y kitch all over the place. One might say overkill. The bed was very uncomfortable. The volume of the music coming from the neighborhood was very loud… especially at 3:30AM. Otherwise lots of towels and kitchen supplies. The floors were uneven throughout. Buckling wood especially in the bathroom. That sink was difficult. The kitchen faucet needs fixing. It wasn’t an inexpensive week. Don’t know if I’ll rent there again.

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage is perfect for two people. The bathroom needs some repairs but all in all we had a great time.
