Breezy Bay Cottage, formerly Unit 7 of Breezy Bay Resort, is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 4 season, air conditioned cottage. It is part of the Breezy Bay Condominiums that has access to 700 feet of prime shared frontage on Lake Nokomis. Since majority of our guests are repeat customers, our cottage books up fast. If you need additional space or if we are booked, we can coordinate rentals of other cottages like mine or a large lake home on Lake Nokomis.

Stayed May 29, 2021We loved everything about this cabin. We look forward to our next trip! Husband didn’t have very good luck fishing but the weather didn’t cooperate for us. Stayed Oct 14, 2020My partner and our two boys (9 & 7) had a lovely stay. The cabin was clean and cozy, and even better than the pictures show. We loved the view, enjoyed fishing off the dock and the beach, and taking the row boat out on the beautiful lake. Thank you for sharing this space with us!
