Blue Anchor Retreat - a beach house that sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms

Blue Anchor Retreat had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It’s in a good location close to site amenities with good parking and many nearby places to visit. Being on one level and having two showers was just the type of accommodation we need so we will be back again.

We had a nice relaxing stay at the Bay. The accommodation was comfortable and clean and well positioned for all the facilities.

Highly recommended, property in good condition, really clean and communication from Paula before, during and after our stay was exceptional. We will definitely be booking again!

Stayed a few times now with Filey Bay Direct and I cannot fault their customer service (Paula is amazing!!), properties are perfect and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else ! Booked for Christmas as we loved it so much !

The lodge was very clean it was in a lovely quiet spot and safe for our dog .The beds were comfortable and the reast of lodge was well equipped.paula was brilliant in keeping us uptodate with our booking we will book again through Paula at filey bay direct

Blue Anchor Retreat is a really great place to stay. We have had several holidays at The Bay and this is defo one of the best parts of the resort, close to the centre and access to the beach path. Very quite, private and safe for the dog with access out onto a grassed area off the decking. Booking and communications were great and we would definitely stay here again.

In our opinion, having stayed at Filey Bay in the past; Blue Anchor Road is ideally positioned on the site. A lovely quiet area and the Beach Houses are amazingly warm and comfortable. All facilities are near at hand including tennis, archery and a large size indoor pool which is a real attraction for those who fancy a swim numerous times a day. All areas are kept spotlessly clean. A pass is provided by the owners of the property to allow free use of the pool and spa. The private path to the local sandy beach is a real plus and ideal for dog owners. Perfect holiday retreat. We look forward to our next visit. (Please make sure the bollard lights are on at the bottom of Blue Anchor Road as it is very dark at night for the properties around the bottom corner if they are switched off.)

This was our second stay this year at Blue Anchor Retreat and we hope to return again. It is clean and comfortable with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. It's in a nice quiet area of the park which is well maintained.

A really pleasant & comfortable accommodation. Have stayed at The Bay before & would definitely go back.
