Birkwood Cottage-Downtown

This was the perfect get away , cozy, immaculate , well appointed , super close to the beautiful village of Kaslo and close to the great outdoors as well . We loved every minute. Our hosts had everything we needed and had thought of everything a visitor could require . It was fabulous

location the downstairs neighbor was spraying pee on his trees it stunk horribly..and their was dogs barking late into the night it was upsetting, i left the city for peace and quiet.

Absolutely loved our stay at Birkwood Cottage. Morning coffee on the porch in the sunshine was lovely. Cottage had everything we needed so that we could do our own meals. Very close to downtown, to bike paths, hike trails and walking paths and of course the water with Sandy and rocky shoreline. The town was abundant with little shops, grocery store and great restaurants. Commutation with the owners was easy and they responded quickly to whatever we needed. I would highly recommend Birkwood Cottage

Kaslo is a hidden gem on Kootenay Lake. Trish & Drew's cottage is beautifulll, cozy, and very lovely. Its half a block from all the best shops, museums, breakfast and brunch stops, pubs, and local attractions. The hosts are very kind and hospitable.

Lovely cottage and comfy bed .. TV worked yeah! Had a one night stay but it was very good and walkable to everything . ?

A great property in an amazing town. Close to all amenities. no terrific views if you’re looking for that. it is a shared building so we could hear children and other people in the evening. It wasn’t a problem, but it wasn’t crazy quiet. I will stay there again.

Place was perfect for a couple, short walk to town, 1 block. 3 minute drive to golf course. The place was clean and just like described. The only thing that was a bit noisy on the highway that runs in front, traffic goes slow as it’s in town, but a few logging trucks in the morning. Overall was awesome for us.

We love this cute little property. This was our second stay.Spotlessly clean and everthing is very comfortable and conveniently available. Super close to downtown area. We'll be back next year for sure.

We stayed at Birkwood cottage for my birthday and had a lovely stay there! The location was perfect and the place very clean and cute! Our stay was perfect. We trailered our motor bikes, to do some riging with friends on the amazing roads in the area, and needed adequate parking. The street parking was perfect. A little icing in the cake of this lovely vrbo.
