This delightful, beachy cottage (with keypad entry) is 1 mile from beautiful Atlantic Beach and 9 blocks from downtown Delray Beach, with great restaurants, boutiques and fun nightlife. Each bedroom has a platform bed with a 10 hybrid (spring/memory foam/gel) mattress. There is a new, smart TV (with lots of apps), excellent wifi, and full eat-in kitchen. We live on a beautiful block in a choice area. You can park on the driveway and feel free to use the backyard and laundry facilities.

Stayed Mar 28, 2025Such a cute little cottage. Ms. Jody was super sweet and responsive. The place was very clean and located in a nice and very safe neighborhood. The cottage is minutes away from the beaches and all sorts of shopping and restaurants. A perfect stay for a weekend getaway.

Stayed Jul 29, 2023Wonderful clean environment, we enjoy walking and Golf carts Freebee to the beach. Down town Delray is beautiful and the food are delicious. There is also live music. I enjoyed my birthday.

Stayed Jun 11, 2021Jody was very welcoming on arrival and communicative leading up to, overall a fantastic host. I stayed here on a quick overnight trip for a fishing tournament on Lake Ida. The property was very clean and in a great location being just blocks from the lake. Wish I had the opportunity to stay a little longer, but will definitely book again on the next visit.
