For younger family members the nearby Dino Park offers prehistoric experiences, Mabie Farm Park and Dalscone in Dumfries offer the opportunity to get up close with animals and have extensive play areas. Beautifully appointed cottage in great location with expansive views over rolling countryside and the Solway Firth, best enjoyed from the outdoor hot tub. Very responsive hosts and the unexpected welcome pack was a nice touch.
