Cute cottage with a perfect view. Everything we needed was supplied. We could eat inside or outside. Plenty of space. Lived it.

Great location close to everything but the seaweed by the lake made the area smell like sewage. Fabulous yard but the smell kept us out of it. Also, the place smelled very musty inside and was outdated. The owner had good communication though.

We used the cottage as our base while attending a week-long visit to Chautauqua Institute. It is only 10 minutes away from the Institute. The cottage is near Bemus Point, where we frequently went for ice cream and other supplies. Both beds and the couches in the living room were very comfortable, and the view of the lake was lovely.

We wish we booked an additional night! The house was very clean, the beds and couch were comfortable. We were able to walk into town for dinner. The National Comedy Museum was fantastic! We also enjoyed live music at Southern Tier Brewing Company. Our host was communicative and available, but not invasive or overbearing. We are looking forward to a return visit!

My Best friend and myself had a great stay. We built a fire, roasted marshmallows, watched Hallmark movies and visited some great wineries. Recommend Johnson Estate and 21 Brix. Our host, Dana, was so nice and very accommodating. Also, the shower was nice and hot. Not all places have a nice shower. We highly recommend this little cottage.

This was a last min fishing trip, and of course it had to be at the end of the season. We found this cute place with an Amazing backyard and a spot to dock. The interior of the house is well maintained and fit our needs. After we left and made it home six hours later my Dad realized he left a fishing pole behind. This is not just any fishing pole, it is has been in the family for 3 generations. My dad’s, dad had taught him how to fish with it. I contacted the owners and without hesitation they found the rod and even went out of their way to help make sure to get back to us. This meant the world to our family. Sometime little gestures go a long way!
