Stayed May 1, 2021I stayed at this cottage for a month while working remotely. Its location directly on a vineyard provided an idyllic Napa view for outdoor grilling/dining, yoga on the deck, and working on the laptop. (for anyone wondering if it was noisy on the vineyard, I was there in May and found it to be pretty quiet). The cottage‘s 2 bed/2 bath layout is perfect for friends looking to get out of the city together while staying socially distanced. There are also a washer and dryer in the unit, and the kitchen is well-stocked with all the supplies you‘d need. It‘s worth noting that the Wifi would get slow sometimes and I‘d need to tether on my phone for work calls. This was not a big problem for me however and Marie responded very quickly to have someone take a look when I mentioned this to her. There’s no beating the magical feeling I got in the mornings whenever I opened the drapes to the sight of hot air balloons taking off. Overall I‘d very much recommend this home for anyone looking for a peaceful spot to stay in Napa Valley!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I was working in the Napa Valley region, and stayed at Bella Vista for almost four months. I can't tell you how lucky I feel to have found this little slice of paradise between Yountville and Napa. An outstanding quiet location, Bella Vista is impeccably cared for with five star decorating and a very comfortable home design. Spiro and Marie are the most gracious hosts and are there for you if you should need them. The kitchen in the Cottage comes fully equipped with top of the line cookware, just bring your groceries! You'll be very fortunate if you get to stay at this lovely home!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Yes, the withdrawals from having to leave this serene, beautiful, magical cottage are huge. The owners, Spiro and Marie, are gracious hosts who see to your every need. And Spiro produces an incredible cabernet - OMG! And you can touch the grape vines while sitting on the deck watching the hot air balloons cover the sky early in the morning, or in the evening while sipping a glass of Spiro's wine (if you're lucky enough to get a bottle!) enjoying a sunset that I cannot begin to describe. The cottage has every amenity we wanted; it was obvious and appreciated how much thought and care the owners put into every detail…it was spotless, beautifully decorated, has a washer/dryer, well-equipped kitchen, gas grill on the deck, gas fireplace in the living room, and well appointed bathrooms. Favorite restaurants? All of them - Yountville is a mecca for the best. We spent the month of June at Bella Vista and have already rebooked for next fall - cannot wait to return and are counting the days. We will gladly recommend Bella Vista to anyone who is looking for the perfect spot in Napa Valley to be their home away from home. Thank you so much, Marie and Spiro…you are an amazing couple, and we feel so lucky to have met you. Our thanks, Joe and J'Lene Gennaro

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My wife and I have been visiting Napa Valley from Minnesota for over 25 years now and rarely do we find accommodation that matches this cottage. We spent the better part of February in Napa Valley this year and had guests coming and going all month - great fun. The Cottage has everything for you and your guests so just sit back and enjoy. By the way, Spiro and Marie's Cabernet is fantastic - if you play your cards right you just might get to try a bottle. We will be back! I miss the walk in the vineyard every morning and the hot air balloons decorating the sky. Thanks Spiro and Marie, you made our visit a treat.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969There is nothing like waking up to hot air balloons and sunshine in Napa Valley! This our 5th. visit to Bella Vista. The cottage is beautifully decorated and has all the conveniences of home including a well equipped kitchen. We enjoy cooking and grilling out on the patio while we have a glass a wine and admire the scenery of the adjacent vineyards. Spiro and Marie are wonderful hosts and do everything they can to make sure you have an enjoyable visit. This is our favorite vacation spot, and we hope to return many times in the future.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969If you are looking for a luxurious cottage in the vineyards but close to all the Napa Valley amenities, Bella Vista is the perfect place. Perfectly located between Yountville and Napa, this exquisitely decorated cottage will provide the best hub from which to explore the entire Napa Valley area. Imagine waking up every morning to hot air balloons cruising over your own personal vineyard. ahh Your delightful hosts, Marie and Spiro go to great lengths to make sure your stay is both memorable and enjoyable. Why not live like a Napa Valley local and BBQ on your patio rather than staying at a hotel? I had the pleasure of staying at Bella Vista recently and will surely return again in the future.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was our second August spent at Bella Vista and we'll be returning again next summer. Acres of vineyard in your own back yard are the best description of this wonderfully maintained home in the heart of wine country. This is a perfect place to spend time in the Bay Area and still be able to enjoy lots of wonderful peace in an idylic setting...close to Napa and Yountville restaurants and 45 minutes from S.F. Marie and Spiro are wonderful hosts and this property is very well maintained and equipped. I have recommended this rental to many friends.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was our fourth stay for a month at the Bella Vista - cottage. We plan to return every year. The home is exceptionally clean and well maintained. We have become good friends with the owners and look forward to visiting with them each year. Our favorite restaurants are Bistro Jeanty and the Rutherford Grill. Pizza at the Tra Vigne and a burger at Gott's should be an your must do list. There are so many outstanding wineries, but we really like the Spring Mountain AVA for good wine and beautiful scenery. Speaking of scenery, the vineyard views from the cottage are spectacular. We have recommended this cottage to many of our friends
