Beautifully Remodeled Lakefront Cottage With Picturesque Views Of Lake Mildred

The owners have done a wonderful job of updating this property into a modern, comfortable, relaxing, and fun getaway. With more than enough space for our family of four to spread out and relax, we loved catching fish off the pier, taking the kayaks out on the lake, and relaxing by the fire pit. Each of us seemed to have a favorite spot to chill out and take in the quiet lake and beautiful scenery. Our only regret was not staying longer!

We had a wonderful time here, everything was as good as it gets! Beautiful cottage and location. The extra’s were fantastic, kids loved kayaks and fishing, as well as the ping pong table! Kitchen well supplied, beds were very comfortable. We are looking forward to booking next summer again! Great hosts! Thanks!!

The pictures and description of this property did not do it justice. The cottage was much larger than I thought it was going to be and was finished beautifully. The view of the lake from the upstairs was stunning. The lake itself was super nice, not very big, but great for kayaking, canoeing, or trolling with a fishing boat. PERFECT for relaxation, but not so quiet that my group of teenage boys couldn't have some fun. We discovered that about 6:00 PM was the best time to catch fish from the dock. Lots of bluegill and bass, most of them too small to keep, but we had a few bass that big enough to eat! The only issue we had was a circuit breaker that went out in the bathroom. I sent a message to our hosts and someone was knocking at the door in less than an hour to fix it. I never even checked my messages for a reply, so thank you for being so responsive and getting it taken care of so quickly!!! Thank you so much for loaning us such a wonderful place to create memories!

My family and I enjoyed our time very much in Wisconsin as it was exactly the peace and quiet we were looking for. Lake Mildred is a beautiful lake with limited boat traffic which allowed my family to take full advantage of the provided kayaks for exploring and fishing. We enjoyed the quiet and cool evenings around the firepit cooking smores and telling stories. Scott and Mary where very responsive to our questions and I definitely recommend if your looking for a quiet place to take your family!

We had the best time at this beautiful lake house! Scott and Mary did such a wonderful job with this home and thought of everything their guest might need. The home is stunning and has the best views of the lake. We will definitely be back!

Thank you! Thank you! Our stay was perfect. Home is BEAUTIFUL! The thoughtfulness was felt in every room. Thank you for stocking the game cabinet with Disney coloring books for our daughter. The lake was great for swimming and kayaking, not to mention, fishing, our little one (5) caught her first fish! Sunsets are next level. We are hopeful that we will be back!
