Beautifully remodeled cottage near the beach with central AC, gas grill & lawn

Fantastic, newly built cottage on back of main property. Excellent location for utilizing the rail trail and attending baseball games. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at the cottage! Everything was perfect. The finishes, flooring, appliances are all brand new and the place is so nicely decorated. It is bright and welcoming. The location is truly picturesque and peaceful. We walked to the beach and biked along the nearby trails. It was a great week.

We booked a last minute Cape trip with two kids (age 8). This guest cottage was perfect! Clean, well decorated, fully stocked with soaps, linens, etc. Convenient location to beach, restaurants & bike path.

We stayed with our family for a little summer getaway. The house was perfect for the 4 of us. The boys enjoyed riding bikes along the rail trail downtown to get ice cream. We also enjoyed the beach! Parking was $30 so my husband dropped us off, went back to the house to drop the car off and then walked back. It was close enough to walk but not great with 2 small kids. Wonderful private back yard and a nice quiet neighborhood. We will be back!

This is a lovely cottage in a great location! Very clean. Owner was so helpful. There is a dining table and chairs in the cottage. We weren’t sure from the listing. The only thing I would add is some drawers or shelves from clothes even if it is in the living area. We would stay again!

It was a beautiful cottage in a quiet quaint neighborhood!! We could walk to the beach down a peaceful street in a lovely landscaped neighborhood. It was close enough to stores and restaurants but not close enough for the traffic to be intrusive. We felt completely safe. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Spotlessly clean! It was a 10/10 for all of us

The Quintessential Cape Cottage was the perfect rental for our weekend in Cape Cod. Having been recently renovated, the cottage was extremely clean and well decorated. It was located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you would need for cooking meals. Linens and towels were provided, as well as bathroom and kitchen essentials (shampoo & conditioner, soap, dish soap, etc.) I would highly recommend staying at this cottage. We will definitely stay there if we ever return to the Cape.

This place is a great stay for a couple of small family. Basically new, everything inside is crisp and shiny. Well appointed kitchen so you can cook for yourself. Welcoming space with lots of light.. Location may be the best part. Just off the bike path so only a short ride to Skaket beach, Nickerson park, or into town. I didn't use my car the whole time.
