Beautiful Western Lakefront view on the magnificent Turtle Flambeau Flowage!

Found that the place was very homey and has all the concienences of home.

Great cabin. Great location!

Peaceful, comfortable. Host had everything we needed to cook to campfire wood and power cord to charge our boat battery. Neighbors were quiet and friendly, The view is spectacular with Loons and eagles in view. We enjoyed photography the Loons from the property. Highly recommend thie Turtle Chalet

This is my favorite cabin in the north woods. Stayed three times so far and will be back again. Immaculately clean and in three different stays have not seen a single bug. super tight windows and great air conditioning in a hot July week. Great communication every time. I highly recommend.

The house was loaded with northwoods decore. Loved the Musky Hunter magazines banding around the walls of one of the bedrooms.

This is a great little cabin. Plenty of room to spread out. Nice location right on the trails and right on the lake. Love the gas fireplace and the sun porch (great for getting on all the riding gear in the morning without overheating inside the house!) The kitchen could definitely use a good cleaning and some previous renters didn't leave things very clean (I found some pretty yucky unwashed things in the cabinets). The provided towels and sheets are on the thin and well used side. But it's certainly a comfy place to stay for a family trip. We had a great time. This is our second time renting from this owner. Good experience both times. Would recommend.

Really nice cabin and location!!!

This cabin was perfect for a family of 4 with two teens. Plenty of room and having the 2 bathrooms was a huge bonus. Location was perfect and quiet at night. Would definitely recommend

After checking in we noticed the dishes were put away dirty but we sanitized them so we could use them. The water was low so we had to put in and take out our boat and was told by the owner we could beach our boat but due to no information that this property was in a retreat the neighbors told us no we could not allow it. One neighbor did let us use his dock the remainder of our stay. The home is beautiful and sits with beautiful views of the water. The advertisement should state that’s it’s in a retreat and rules to follow. Overall it was a great place and the neighbors were very nice to us.

The cabin was exactly what we expected from the listing. Clean and well stocked, we had everything we needed. Thanks for sharing your property! Vickie
