Stayed Jun 4, 2024Island House is a lovely property. Clean and within walking distance of shops and restaurants but also convenient for visiting the surrounding countryside. We will certainly be arranging to stay here again. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025This was our second stay at the cottage and it was again perfect for us (2 adults, 2 children) to head out to discover Porthleven and Cornwall.The house is very clean, is well equipped and nicely furnished and decorated. The beds are very comfortable and parking on the street not far from the cottage was always possible.

Stayed Oct 9, 2023Island House is perfectly located in the centre of Porthleven. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. It was an ideal base for a walking holiday. Excellent restaurants, pubs and a micro-brewery within walking distance. Will certainly return and would highly recommend to others. The host, James, could not have been more helpful.
