Stayed Jan 13, 2026Lyn was a friendly, flexible, and easy-to-communicate-with host. We were really impressed by the amenities. When we mentioned that our dog sheds a lot and asked whether a vacuum cleaner was available (there was only a broom and dustpan), Lyn went above and beyond and bought a brand new vacuum cleaner for us to use.The place is just a 2-minute walk from a park, which was perfect for spending time with our dog. The property is fully fenced and very pet-friendly. That said, we chose to keep our dog inside the house when we were away, as our Border Collie mix could potentially jump over the fence (around 1.5m high I think).Overall, it was a great stay and we would happily recommend this place to others, especially those travelling with pets.

Stayed Dec 24, 2025Glad we had such a great stay in Rotorua. What really stood out was the overall comfort and atmosphere of the place. The host(Lyn) was welcoming and easy to communicate with, the amenities were well set up, and everything was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect for getting around and enjoying what Rotorua has to offer. Would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again.
