Beautiful Remodeled Downtown Frederick Cottage (Pet-Friendly)

This house was perfect for our trip. We were on vacation exploring DC and didnt not want to stay directly in the city so we picked Frederick. This house was clean, beds were comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed. It was within walking distance of downtown where there was a wide variety of shops and dining locations. 10/10 would recommend/stay again.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped.

House was great for what the family needed. Very clean, had everything we needed. Only one downside was the parking could be a pain but always did get a spot,

Extremely clean and comfortable accommodations. Very close to all the fabulous restaurants of downtown Frederick. Frederick has wonderful shops and many activities to enjoy within walking distance of the cottage! The host is quite responsive.

House was clean and inviting.Beds very comfortable. Washer and dryer a nice feature to have. I just have one suggestion for the kitchen- teaspoons would be appreciated. The host was easy to communicate with and the whole rental transaction went well.

I stayed here one year ago on the same weekend. This place is absolutely amazing. A block away from restaurants and local shopping. This is home is very clean and well taken care of. I most definitely plan on staying here again next year. I am truly happy staying at this home.

Such a charming and well located home. It made it so easy for us and our film crew to get to Antietam, Gettysburg and Fredericksburg. We have been to Frederick many times, but this home made it even better. You'll have everything you need here! And you can see we brought our furry kids too!

I stayed with my two sisters at this lovely home in Frederick. It was, clean, comfortable and the perfect location. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone wanting to spend time near downtown Frederick.

This is a beautifully restored and furnished small house right off of the downtown area, making the downtown coffeeshops and restaurants all easily within walking distance. We were there on very hot days and the A/C kept us very comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Frederick. The cottage was comfortable and an easy walk to shops, parks and restaurants. We would definitely stay here for our next trip to Frederick.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was amazing and perfectly located. We had an easy time finding parking and overall loved our time there. The coffee/keurig machine didn’t work properly but the tea selection was good enough that it didn’t matter much. We can’t wait to visit again!

Our stay was exemplary! Following easy access we were greeted with cleanliness, a tasteful environment, freshly filtered water, elegant bedding, perfect lighting, heat, and air conditioning, and a cozy back yard. The host created a very accommodating place for anyone! Nice neighbor,too!.

The house is very well preserved classical duplex home on a road with plenty of parking with easy walking access to Market street just a couple blocks away. Its ideal for our type of stay when we want to check out the city.

Dill Cottage was a great place to stay. Kitchen and bathroom were remodeled and were beautifully done. Location was perfect being within walking distance of shops, restaurants and pubs. Would recommend!!

In a town with relatively few accommodations, this house is a standout. A new kitchen and bathroom enhance the charm of the wood floors and original staircase. It's well-located too--just a few walkable blocks from downtown Frederick. The three of us each had our own bedroom and the layout was perfect. Ed was so responsive both before and during our stay. I highly recommend this property if you're looking to spend time in Frederick.

Great stay!

This is a beautiful, tasteful, updated home. I was surprised at how comfortable the beds were! It's in a great location, and we appreciated the prompt and thoughtful host communication. It's very reasonably priced for all that you get with this stay! Parking was tricky for us as we rented on the night of street sweeping and had to park several blocks away. Other than that, this is an excellent place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay and particularly enjoyed the location and sunny back deck! Ed was a kind and responsive host!

We love the location to restaurants and shops. The house still has the charm of an old home with all the luxury of modern. The bathroom is Wow! Will definitely recommend and if we are in the area again for an event will book with Edward

I can't say enough about this house. Checking in was easy and the place was very clean and updated. I enjoyed the home a lot. I came out to Maryland to do a bike race and if I do this race next year I most definitely will be staying here again.

Great place within a short walk to downtown shops. Would return again.
