Every stay has been great! Host are friendly and helpful, check in & Check out process is good. This is a lovely, peaceful location in close proximity to so many amenities. We will definitely stay again!

Lovely cottage, great hosts.

Wonderful stay

Nice guest house on larger estate. Nice owners right next door with friendly English sheep dog. Well equipped kitchen, washer and drier and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed coffee on the back deck

Overall excellent experience. The hosts met all our needs and the property had everything you could need. We will be staying there again for sure.

My wife and I are in our early 70's and have stayed at many locations mostly hotels when we have traveled. This was by far a much safer, welcoming place to stay at a price very close and in some cases cheaper than some of the local hotels! The hosts are both personable and available if needed. The place itself was like a fancy efficiency with a small but full ktichen, washer and dryer, separate bathroom and a small dining table, desk for work and couch. There was a TV but we never turned it on but was WiFi connected. We are likely returning to the area in June for our 42nd anniversary and if this place is available we will stay there again. The drive to Hendersonville Main St is very short and if you drive the other way you come to Dupont State Recreation Forest and hikes to several waterfalls - a perfect location!

Beautiful property! On my Favorites list! Will return to explore the area more. Could be the best rental so far! Super Hosts for sure :) Easy and convenient!

The house had everything that we needed, it was very easy, the owners shared very helpful info about hiking spots, restaurants, etc. we will go back!

What a cute and cozy cottage. We truly enjoyed our stay. It was perfect- from coffee on the deck to having washer and dryer with detergent left at the front door The cottage had it all. Can’t wait to come back! Thanks for the hospitality! And can’t forget about the sweet dog!

We have stayed here several times over the last 5 years. The cabin is quiet, comfortable and a great location for venturing off to Dupont State Forest, Pisgah National Forest, Flat Rock, or downtown Hendersonville. We enjoyed checking out the Ecusta Cafe and Brewery and I had a fantastic bike ride on the new Ecusta Trail!

Wonderful host who greeted us as we came in. Cottage is close to town but far enough out to be quiet. Super clean and comfy. Grill out back cooks wonderfully as well.

Roger was so kind and welcoming! Always there if we needed anything at all. I wouldn't change a single thing about our trip. He gave us great recommendations for food that were all devine (yes, we tried them all). I hope to stay here again very soon!

I was there for the southeast fiber fair in fletcher. I wanted a commute that wasn’t from Asheville so the location was perfect.

The property owners are very nice and accommodating. The cottage was very convenient to things we wanted to do in Hendersonville and the surrounding cities. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed and was very pretty. We plan to stay there again if possible.

As always a cozy and restful retreat, even some pet therapy. The cottage is always clean with the necessities that are like home-coffee, big fluffy towels and hood tv!

I stayed mid June, 2025 for 11 nights. Everything was perfect, as the title says. Clean, peaceful, convenient.This is a short drive to downtown Hendersonville and convenient to get on I26 as well. In addition, it is located in a safe neighborhood and I had no concerns about security. I found communication with hosts to be exceptional. I would not hesitate to stay there again.I don't have any photos but if I did they would reveal a well maintained property, home and apt.

We had a great time , it was so quiet and a beautiful place. The host was very good at communicating with me ! Enjoyed it so much. I highly recommend! And let’s don’t forget Smokie ! He was a joy to be around!

This was one of the best VRBO places that we have stayed in. In the country, very pleasant property, and all the amenities that we need. We are looking forward to staying with Roger and Denise again when we visit the North Carolina mountains again.

We loved our stay at Firefly cabin. It was just the right amount of space for a long weekend!

Fun mother/daughter getaway. The owners were very friendly and we loved playing with smoky the dog while we were there! My only points for owners to consider were 1) dust and cobwebs in the corners and 2) washer and pullout could use more attention.

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Hendersonville. We both feel that this was one of the nicest places we have stayed! I loved everything about it. It was private with beautiful surroundings and a lovely back patio. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and had a very sweet dog! The only bad thing for us is that it was a bit far from the family we were visiting with, so we may not stay again. It was perfect!!!!

This property was the perfect size for one or two people. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location was good.I was traveling alone and wanted to do some hiking. The Holmes forest and the Dupont Recreational forest were a short drive away and offered many trails. Owners were very friendly --including their sheep dog, Smokey! Highly recommend.
