Beautiful Lakefront Cottage with 21' dock space

Place was great

We had a wonderful stay at this lakefront cabin on Lake Winnipesaukee. The unit was spotless and very well-kept, and the grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything while still feeling peaceful and private. Check-in was quick and easy, and communication with the property managers was excellent. We would definitely stay here again! (The ONLY complaint is the photos online do NOT justify how pretty the cabin / property actually is including layout !)

We were very pleased with our stay on Dockham Shore Rd. We usually stay at another property in the vicinity of The Lake for the past 9 years for Labor Day Weekend.. the cost of the previous property had steadily increased over the past 5 years. We decided to search for an alternative location.. we found this condo on VRBO and could not be happier with the result! The location and lake views are awesome! The community is very friendly and quiet. The property itself was very clean and comfortable for 2 couples with each having our own bathroom which was a plus. The check in process was very seamless..we had a wonderful time! We will definitely stay at this property again!

Excellent - as described. A great blend of rustic New England lake cottage with modern updates, like A/C, Wi-Fi, Cable, modern appliances, new flooring throughout, exceptionally clean and well cared for. Great docks, decks, swim areas, and fishing! Family loved it. Thanks to the Mulhollands!

Perfect getaway.

This cottage was perfect! The views from the deck are great and it is a bit more private than some of the other cottages in the complex. Love the addition of the air conditioning and the washer/dryer. We had no issues at all when here and will definitely return!

I’ve been staying at this cottage association for 30+ years! The cottage was perfect for our early fall get away and we only had to walk steps to take our kayaks out on the lake! Clean and had everything we needed. Plus was very close to our concert venue! We can’t wait to go back!

great week on the lake

We absolutely love the location as well as all of the amenities that this property has to offer outside. We have a 20’ boat so we were happy about the boat slip for the week. The inside of the property is very outdated/you feel like you’re back in the 1960s. It is large/plenty of beds and rooms as well as utensils//cups/appliances, including a washer and dryer, which is very handy. If they put in new furniture/more comfortable couches, I think it would be well worth the investment. I’m a realtor so I see lots of properties and this would be much more appealing by doing just that/a little updating and staging for the price.
