Beautiful Lake George Cottage

Property accurately portrayed on VRBO. Very, very clean when we arrived! Has a very comfortable Master Bed. Manager exceptional - answered every question we had quickly. Nice, quiet campground. Cottage well thought out and well stocked kitchen. Would stay again!

Clean and cozy

We had a great weekend here! Easy access to everything in the area and allowed us to not need to eat every meal out. I missed a few details and didn’t bring bedding, luckily Walmart is 1/2 mile away. Definitely bring what you would want for the kitchen- the basic pans, plates, and glasses were provided but not much else. Would definitely stay again!

The property was the same as pictured on VRBO. It was very clean and cozy. The property manager Dave was very vigilant and hands on. It was a most enjoyable stay!

Close proximity to everything????

Location is wonderful, close to everything. We usually checked in to hotels when we go for vacation but this time because of the pandemic I checked the option of cottages for rent and I'm glad I did. Our cottage became like our home away from home for 5N/6D. I was with my young adult children and they enjoy the little cozy cottage even fight over who should take the loft area even if they were too tall to stand up in it. They enjoyed the little basketball at the property and had a great time playing badminton at the ample space in front of our cottage. I just wish we didn't have to bring a grill since it does occupy our luggage space in our car and linens and towels though this is understandable for safety reasons. The property manager/ owner Angela was prompt to reply to my emails specially when I requested for a couple of hours extended check out because my teens wanted to sleep a bit longer on their last day at LG. I appreciated their flexibility. Over all we had a wonderful time in Lake George, with all the activities my teens experienced for their first visit even with all the careful, extra precautions because of Covid19, were all happy memories. I would definitely recommend this Campsite place to my friends.

This cottage was as advertised, like new and clean. It is part of a campground and is very close to the adjacent cottages and RV campsites. Overall it was great and the staff at the campground made the check in/out very simple. We were a bit disappointed that there was no fire ring, but the girl at the check-in desk allowed us to use an adjacent empty campsite's fire ring, which worked out well. We have 5 adults in this small cottage and it worked well for our purposes, but the upstairs and the bunk beds would be best for kids or small adults due to the headroom and close-quarters. Overall, we had a great time and the cottage worked perfectly for our group.
