Beautiful house right at the beach

Beautiful and very clean, loaded with beach towels, pots and pans, lots of dishes and a great washer and dryer….. had a book with lots of info…. Would definitely rent again

My overall impression of this rental is that is very well cared for by the owners. Very clean and well stocked with kitchen/bath necessities. Beach was clean and sandy and my kids found lots of shells to take home as keepsakes of our time there. The water was great, we swam everyday. AC worked great, the house remained cool even on the hottest days. The owners were kind and were quick to respond if we needed anything. The owner recommended going to the african safari in port clinton and it ended being one of the highlights of our trip! I would recommend booking this property to families with kiddos, it is a fun place to stay!

The house worked well for our crew. Location was nice. Our only negative was the owners entered the house while we were working without notice. Nothing was missing, just should have let us know before entering.

It was a great location for my friends and I to enjoy time at the beach but also be located close enough to enjoy time in downtown Toledo for a girls night out! Thank you for the lovely house and plenty of bathrooms for all of us girls!

We had a wonderful time staying at this lake front beach house. The weather varied but was nice to experience the waves and calmness of the water. A quiet neighborhood for beach time and walks.

Great place right on the lakefront. Plenty of space for a large group of people. If you are looking for privacy, this isn't the place, but if you're looking for a nice place to stay for a day or two, this works great.

The family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house on the beach. The upstairs room was great for all the kids and they loved having their own bunk room. The 3 bathrooms was a wonderful convenience. There was a lot of splashing in the lake with the hot weather and digging in the sand for treasures. The house was well maintained and well stocked. We would love to stay here again someday in the future since it is so close to family.

I've stayed at a lot of Lake Erie beach houses, from Oak Harbor to Geneva-on-the-Lake (and even one memorable trip to Canada). This has been my favorite beach so far in terms of ease of access, closeness, cleanliness, and beach-combing. I found a few very cool fossils. Even though the weather didn't cooperate (we were only able to get in the water one of our days), getting to see the lake during its riled glory was awesome. The qater was super close to the house, leading to great views and excellent wave white noise. When getting in the water, there was a small pebbly area to get through so if you have sensitive feet you might do well with water shoes. There is no real shade on the beach and deck so be sure to bring your sunscreen! The house itself was well-appointed with all the necessities, and I appreciated the ample supply of towels. I loved the decor and the views. The upstairs beds were very comfortable, though my parents were not as fond of the downstairs bed. As one of the other reviewers mentioned, one of the downstairs toilets is low. Good for kids but less so for old bones. Still, with two other toilets in the house it wasn't a real hardship. There is no tub in the house, and a couple of the showers are tight, but still were adequate. The owners were quick to respond and checking in and out was a breeze. Be prepared to drive for dining and entertainment, as this sits a bit away from town (and a small one at that). But as a beach-house, it's hard to beat!
