Beautiful Home Two Houses from the Beach! Pool, Private Patio, 3 Bedrooms

This house was perfect for our stay. I came to AMI a with my wife and my parents. We have been coming to the island for the past 4 years and we have stayed at a number of different properties and this is definitely one of our favorites. The location is amazing, two houses from the beach! The property has all the beach gear you could need, and the beach cart provided is the best I have used. Having access to the garage for loading and unloading was really convenient. The house is very well constructed, solid walls and doors, this matters when staying with a group of people when sound travels. The kitchen/living/dining is open concept. The kitchen is great, huge island! The entire house is well decorated. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. All 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom inside the room. My wife and my mom both really appreciated this. The 2 larger bedrooms have king beds, and both have a slider that goes out to a deck with tall Adirondack chairs that a perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning. You can actually see the ocean from the deck. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, this would be a good room for kids, only draw back is there is not a closet in this room. All of the bedrooms have TV’s. The air conditioning in the home works really well, it can get super cold! There is a backyard with a small pool, gas grille, 2 loungers and a picnic table. Very private and enclosed by palms. Lastly working with Lizzy Lu’s property management was awesome, would highly recommend!

This was the best house. Clean, bright, and had everything that you need for a fabulous vacation. Everything is of the highest quality. We used the wagon provided to haul the beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, toys and chairs (all provided) to the beach which was only steps away. After a fun filled day at the beach, back to the house for fun in the pool. Great outdoor shower the kids thought was so cool to use. We also rented the GEM golf cart. A necessity for easy travel and parking on the island. Also took the trolley once, very convenient with the stop at the end of the road. If we ever go back to Anna Marie Island we will definitely stay at the Coral Cabana again. Thanks for a wonderful week.

It’s hard to know what a place is like from the photos. It was beautiful! It exceeded my expectations in every way. The home was immaculate and the landscaping made it feel like a tropical paradise in back around the pool. A short walk past one house and you are on the beach which is among the most beautiful I’ve seen. Ana Maria restricts development to three levels so you don’t have the large condos or hotels on the island. I will definitely go back.

Ben leaves no stone unturned! The house is perfect in every possible way and Ben sets a new standard of service! We will return again as soon as possible!

Location was perfect for our family of beach/Gulf Coast fans - beach truly is just a few steps away. Everything needed for day on the beach also provided including toys, floats, beach towels and wagon. The house was very clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. Upstairs balcony is wonderful place for morning coffee and evening wine. The property management team provided excellent support and customer service.

We stayed at this brand new beautiful home for 5 days for a friend get away. The home is absolutely beautiful with high end finishes, clearly no detail was over looked. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the appropriate dishes and cooking utensils to make meals for 6 adults. All of the high end appliances were a pleasure to use. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. We loved the pool in the back and the gas grill. The house is just steps to the beach and everything you could need for the beach has been provided, chairs, umbrellas, floaties, boogie boards, a cooler and a great wagon for taking it all to the beach. We spent most nights out on the island for dinner and there were great local spots for anything you could want. We had a great time on Anna Maria Island and an awesome experience with Lizzie Lu's and the Coral Cabana. We were appreciative of how flexible Ben was and taking time to see if they could accommodate some of our requests, which they were able to. We had a great vacation and highly recommend this home to any one!
