Beautiful Hill Country Charm. 88 acres with mini farm animals.

We had a very relaxing stay. The layout worked especially well for my friend and me, with two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms that gave us plenty of privacy.The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use, and we appreciated having plenty of bottled water available. The living room chairs were also comfortable.One bed was very comfortable, while the other was quite firm, so that may come down to personal preference. The dining area was less comfortable, as the table felt a bit high for the booth seating, so we ended up eating at the high-top table instead, which had beautiful views of the hills and the hummingbird feeder.The host was thoughtful, leaving a welcome treat along with birthday balloons for our celebration weekend, which we really appreciated. We’d happily stay here again!

The casita stay for my family of 3 was perfect! We wish we could have enjoyed it longer but we were visiting quickly for a nearby family reunion in Wimberley. Our host Joan went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Our favorite memory was the heavy rain that happened overnight & some deer sightings. Such an amazing property all around!

This place was absolutely beautiful! Everything was as listed, and our hosts went the extra mile to make sure we had any special drinks & creamers we requested. The beds were comfortable and loved the shower! We loved meeting the goats, and Lucy and Ricky the donkeys! They have this really nice nature trail around the property, and it was so quiet and peaceful. Joan and Blake were wonderful hosts!

Wonderful!! Great location and easy access to the entire Wimberley area. Accommodations were immaculate and exceedingly comfortable. Family of four just kicking back, star gazing, and relaxing on the ranch. Loved the animals. Joan is a fantastic host and made us feel right at home! We hope to visit again in the near future.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this casita. It was perfect, roomy and a comfortable home away from home. We especially appreciated the safe location for our elderly parents. This property is not just beautiful, but clean and convenient to downtown Wimberley. Joan is a welcoming and responsive host as well!

This was our 2nd time to stay at this amazing casita. We had a girlfriends' weekend, and everything was perfect! We enjoyed our evenings on the front patio watching the deer - it's a great place to relax and recharge. We can't wait to return next year for our annual girlfriends' weekend! Joan & Blake are excellent hosts and provide a wonderful oasis for their guests. Don't pass up booking this fabulous property!

This was such an AMAZING property. Quite honestly, one of the best we have stayed in this far. The check in and communication was amazing! I would recommend this perfect little getaway house to anyone. We plan to return for my daughter’s graduation! If you have any doubt, BOOK this perfect spot! We didn’t want to leave

This little Casita was totally stocked with all the necessities in the kitchen, bathroom and even in the linens and extra comfy blankets to wrap up in and just relax. The gas fireplace was perfect on the super cold nights. We were surprised with a bottle of champagne and Valentine/Anniversary balloons when we walked in! Such a sweet touch. The view from the couch looking out over the property and landscape was so serene. We were entertained by all the birds at the birdfeeder, the deer and even turkeys roaming around. The weather was absolutely perfect. The mattress was very, very firm. Not cheap firm. Definitely a quality mattress. Just extra firm and I personally don't sleep all that well on firm mattresses. Hubby had no problems with the mattress. Bathroom had all the toiletries you could need or want. I literally could have just packed a change of clothes and food and that's all we needed. Best communication from a host EVER! I'm certain we will be back to this home away from home!

Cannot overstate how perfect this place was for a restful and restorative getaway. Hosts were so welcoming and kind. The casita is perfect with everything you’d need. The location is perfect and away from all the noise but also short drive into town. Lots of wildlife to watch and very welcoming goats! Looking forward to staying again in the future!
