Stayed Aug 25, 2023Communication on how to check in was awful. I received an email here are your keys but nothing about how to get in. Got there and there was a lock box but we never got a code. Side door was open (lock is broken) so we got in but could see people were living there... very scary. Contacted vrbo and found out that our rental was actually around the side of the garage (not in sight). So we were in somebody else's house. The host needs to have separate addresses for the two places like A and B, and provide info to renters where the place is (behind the garage). They need to fix the lock on the side door of the other place. Not sure if it's another rental or host lives there. But I wouldn't want to sleep there if anyone could get in during the night. Our enjoyment of our vacation was pretty much ruined.

Stayed Oct 7, 2022Cute place, one bed and it was dirty, other spots in the small place dirty, the clean sheets were small and for a twin bed not a queen bed. The stairs to go from loft sleeping area to bathroom were too slick and dangerous. On the stairs alone I’d never stay in any place like that. Stairs are a safety issue. I should have to do the cleaning when I pay a cleaning fee .
