The space
You have full access to The Lumbee Cottage, a true home away from your home. The dining room, front porch with table, or picnic table are ideal spot for enjoying meals or gathering with family & guests. The living room provides a cozy retreat where you can relax, watch TV, play board games, read a book, or engage in conversations. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare and cook your favorite meals at your convenience, and the laundry room ensures you can keep up with your laundry needs effortlessly.

Outside, a large front porch where you can soak up the morning sun or unwind in the evening with a cool drink or even play the Cornhole game. There is plenty of parking space for your convenience 5-6 space. The backyard features a partially enclosed privacy fence, creating a secluded oasis where you can enjoy a peaceful moments. A picnic table ( with Canvas Umbrella) invites you to savor meals outdoors, Fire Pit ring w/chairs, surrounded by the beauty of nature.

PET:
We only allow 1 pet under 30 Lbs and must be current all on vaccines.
Rabies, Flea & Tick, Distemper and Bordetella.
Guest access
The house features keyless entry. This allows you to check-in and check-out at your own convenience.
Each bedroom has its own Smart Lock for your convenience.
Guess can access all of the home areas except the storage shed located on the back of the house.
Other things to note
In order for me to best prepare my property for your stay,
please provide the following info.

1) How many guests will be staying
2) List your guests' full names in your reservation
3) Is your trip business of pleasure
4) Have you been to the local area before.



NOTE:
Any occupancy over 4 ppl, will encounter extra $25 per person overage (note: house max occupancy is 6) to cover extra cleaning and laundry by the cleaning company.
Failure to disclosed shall/will be charge $200 violation fee and $50 per excess guests.


FIREPLACE:
Fireplace USE is NOT ALLOWED.

◇ GAS GRILL: ♨️
* Guests assume all responsibility and risks by using gas grill on the premises.
* Ensure grilling safety by keeping gas grill at least 3-5 feet from buildings (do not move agains the Cottage), never leaving them unattended, and keeping children/pets 3 feet away.
Check for propane leaks,
Open gas lids before lighting
and clean grease buildup to prevent fires.
Must NOT left unattended.
Must be CLEAN-OFF any food remnants/excess and TURN-OFF after each use.
Must let COOL-OFF and put grill cover back on.
Note: Guest are responsible for responsible refilling tank


Property does have 3 outdoor cameras only at left and right side and back to help with security.
