The cottage is located on the west side of Gun Point Cove 20 feet above and 50 feet from the water’s edge on a very private treed lot facing the early morning sunrise and south east down the cove to the Atlantic Ocean; which can be viewed from the large bay windows and the sliding glass doors in the living room and master bedroom above or the decks outside those rooms.
Venture outside down the path and along the 230 feet of deep water frontage where a fire pit with large log seats

Stayed Jul 27, 2024An eagle nests near our bedroom. Over the water glide ospreys, gulls, cormorants, herons, terns and a few we haven’t met yet! We love this treehouse and feel blessed to be here. Thank you, Al!

Stayed Jul 13, 2024The house is a great place to relax. Very peaceful with access to a dock. We saw many eagles and ospreys. Beautiful sunrises over the water every morning. Not a good area to go for a walk but there are many nearby hiking trails.

Stayed Sep 23, 2022We (husband + kids) stayed here for a long weekend for my husband’s birthday. He loves to fish so this was a great spot. Though he didn’t have any luck with the fish, we all enjoyed our stay and you couldn’t ask for a better view, scenery, and surroundings. The house was comfortable to meet our family’s needs with 2 teens and 1 infant. Great stay.
