The property was adorable, very clean and quiet. It was close to everything, we loved our stay!

Beautiful property and cabin! The cabin was the perfect size and I loved how the bed faced the fireplace. The jacuzzi was amazing and the kitchen had everything you would need. Overall, I loved staying here! I would highly recommend it.

We had such a wonderful experience! This was the perfect spot for a quick getaway. The owners were amazing, everything was spotless, and the location couldn’t have been better—so close to the state park and Helen.

The cabin was cute and so cozy. It was just two of us and our two small dogs. We enjoyed having a common area to sit in the back and a small trail to walk the dogs. Everything was very clean and organized. I think the location is great for access to Helen as well as nearby hiking trails.

Owners are friendly and great communicators, the cabin was beautiful, the rustic mountain decor perfect place to stay to emerce yourself in the alpine/bavarian experience of Helen, the fire pit round the back of the lodge was fantastic too. Place was lovely and clean with plenty amenities, will definitely stay there again!

Very nice atmosphere

Kitchen had everything you could need! Cute comfy cabin with fire wood supplied for the fire out and indoor firewood available for purchase! 10/10 loved it. In the unicoi par area and saw a family of deer in the back area!

Quiet, very clean, excellent accommodations. Veryclose to Helen and several sightseeing attractions. This was our first experience with a VRBO accommodations vs a hotel and we loved it!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this cute and cozy cabin. We didn’t use any of the amenities like the grill/picnic area or hot tub but everything looked nice and well kept. And we didn’t cook or use the fully stocked kitchenette area (except coffee in the morning) because too many fun restaurants in Helen! Great communication with hosts.

Tiny but comfortable. The bed was super comfy but the loft was incredibly hard to access. My 7 year old couldn’t climb the ladder without help. Also the kitchenette does not have a stove. It has a plug in 2 burner. No dishwasher, but there is a coffee pot. Bathroom was tiny but shower pressure was amazing.

The cabin was nice and clean. The bed was so comfortable. I love that there’s a fire pit with corn hole. Penny was very nice and responded quickly. We will be back!

Very clean and close to Helen. Nice & quiet and even with cabins close together, the bushes/trees in front of each one made it feel private. We didn’t use the area behind the cabin but the pavilions were nice, had grills and we even saw charcoal, lighter fluid, and a metal box with the bean bags for the corn hole boards, along with some other toys.

This was the perfect location to tour the park and surrounding area. It was equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

This was the perfect spot to stay!!! We were slightly apprehensive at the beginning (due to driving in a car that’s not equipped for the altitudes) but from the start, we were in love with the cabin. It was perfect for us! The bed was incredibly comfortable, everything was clean, and it was very quiet. The owners came to check on us to see if we needed anything. Instructions for check out were very clear. We cannot wait to come back again!!

Beautiful Cabin! Enjoyed my weekend!

The property was perfect. Tucked away from Helen in forest close to Unicoi State Park. This secluded cabin offers excellent amenities and short drives to both the wonderful town of Helen and numerous hiking trails.

We came to Helen as a two day stop over before heading to Florida. What an adorable place! It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. We prefer to get a cabin or house vs a hotel because we travel with our dog. This was the perfect stay. The host was so great and communication was extremely easy. We spent most of our time exploring the area but when we were at the cabin we enjoyed an amazing fire and comfy bed. 10 out of 10. Great place for a romantic get away with your loved one.

My wife and I really loved our stay here. Just a short drive to downtown Helen! The cabin was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Very good value per night. The hot tub was very nice and also clean. We celebrated our 14th anniversary here. When we entered the cabin, the owners had left us anniversary gift on the bed with a card. We thought that was very sweet of them. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Great small cabin!

We stayed for 5 days and had a great time. Penny was always very responsive for any pre-arrival questions we had. Loved the huge fire pit circle in picnic area directly behind cabin. We had cook outs on the charcoal grills provided and heat in the unit was nice and warm. There was what seemed like endless hot water for showers. A will stay again

Perfect pet friendly cabin for a short getaway!!

This was a great little cabin! It was just as it was listed. Penny was very prompt and responsive with a couple minor issues that were easily fixed. We enjoyed our lil mini family getaway and will definitely be back for another trip!

Wonderful place to stay. Close to Helen which is better than most when it comes to parking. We really enjoyed the outdoor firepit and had a great time with hot dogs and smores over the open fire. Penny and Shawn were easy to work with, so you will be grateful you rented from them.

Excellent value for people like us that just wanted a simple place to stay. Tiny house setup in cabin form. Was super clean and cozy. Main bed was crazy comfortable and I had to look up the brand of towels they had because they were awesome. Location is great to access Helen ane the state park. Also, sure you go to Hoochies which is very close by. It's tiny, but the breakfast etc was amazing...and you don't fight the crowds like all the restaurants in Helen.

The wife and I wanted to just get away and run up to the mountains for our 21st wedding anniversary. We love Helen and these amazing little cabins are so close and convenient. They have seven cabins in total and the place feels like a campground. What really sold us on the listing was the hot tub, and we weren't disappointed. Amazing place, can't speak highly enough of the place.

We had a great stay. Cabin was cozy and quiet with so much you could do outside. We did not use the firepit but did venture along one of the many walking trails. We are looking forward to returning again soon.
