Stayed Feb 13, 2026The kitchen, bathroom and laundry were fully stocked. This works for a short term rental. There is no storage in the bedrooms which would cause issues if we were staying longer than 4 days.

Stayed Feb 1, 2026Over all stay was great. Hosts were great. Everything was in good condition at the house. Close to many shops,restaurants and things to do. I would actually give them a 4.5 the only thing holding them back from a 5 was the little bit of noise from the busy road out front

Stayed Jan 19, 2025This is located on a busy street. In a poor neighborhood of businesses not the beach. Everything is a walk and the condition of the property was poor.

Stayed Feb 17, 2025The cottage was very clean and the property manager was easy to get ahold of and helped us with our WiFi.We were disappointed with the advertised location as it had described as beachfront. Cottage was on a very busy 4 lane road in a business district which was disappointing. We were told that cottage was within walking distance but would be hard to cross the 4 lane highway, so we drove to the beach.All the appliances including washer and dryer were in working condition.

Stayed Jan 21, 2024My husband and I spent 40 nights at this cottage. We had an overall good experience. This quaint old place was clean with the exception of a few ants. The appliances, including air conditioning (and heat) all worked. The unit had some broken blinds in the smaller bedroom. I mentioned this via text to our host Allen when we first arrived. He responded that the property manager Olivia was probably aware. We purchased a shower curtain and tacked it up so our guests had privacy. The road is very loud and busy. And having the water shut off for “non payment” on the 10th day was a shocker. We contacted Allen, Olivia and VRBO and within a few hours, it was back on! The Englewood and Manasota Key area is a fun place to visit with a beautiful beach and many great restaurants. Linda & Dan
