Walk to health club and indoor pool, tennis, children's play area and boat rentals. 5 minutes to Sea World, 10 minutes to downtown, Petco Park, Gaslamp, Little Italy, North Park and Qualcomm Stadium.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT FOR FRIEND GROUPS:

For friend groups we require everyone in the group to be over the age of 30 and could not agree to more than 6 people total (incl. visitors).
