Beachfront Cottage on Lake Michigan

Beautiful cabin, right on the water. Stunning view and open the porch door and hear the waves, absolutely the best place to get away. Coffee on the porch was a morning gift. Thank you so much to our incredible hosts, who were attentive and accommodating!!

The cottage is lovely - it is nicely updated and very comfortable. Great location - nice view of the lake and we loved the beach access so we could take long walks along the shoreline. The owner was very good with communication and we had no issues. We plan on staying there again next year!

The property was well kept and cozy. The view was amazing from the three season porch and was perfect for morning coffee. Really enjoyed our stay.

We loved staying here and hope to come again! The cottage is small and very cozy! I loved opening up the sliding door to the screened in porch and listening to the waves at the beach. The bed was firm and comfortable and we never felt chilly. We liked that they provided fans if needed. The beach is beautiful and I loved the swing- overall, a great place to stay for a romantic couples weekend!

We enjoyed our stay at the Beachfront cottage. The beach is wonderful for taking long walks. The cottage was well provisioned and had everything we needed. Communication with Jill was timely. We would love to visit again.

Everything about Beach House is perfect: the screened porch overlooking the Lake Michigan beach, the cuteness of the cottage itself, and the well-equipped kitchen. The location is peaceful yet near to everything Door County has to offer.

It could not be any closer to the beach. The cottage has everythingyou need and cozy. It is great for two people and not a lot of luggage.

We really enjoyed our stay at the beach cabin. Can’t beat being so close to the lake and the accommodations were just as described. Jill is a great host and was very communicative.

Great little cabin perfect for a lake vacation.

What a wonderful stay we had at the cabin! Great location and surrounded by friendly neighbors. Steps from the beach and easy drives to the peninsula’s sights and sounds. Excellent communication from the host and super easy check in/check out process. Will certainly be back!

Nice and cozy little house with direct access to the beach.

Had a great stay at the beach house with my 2 kids! The size was perfect for us. We loved being just steps away from the beach, and the screened in porch was amazing.

This property offers unbeatable access to the Lake Michigan shoreline and stunning views. The cottage itself is a classically old-school cottage, very cozy and has everything you need for an enjoyable time. The location is conveniently located on the peninsula. The hosts are very communicative and helpful! We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Simple, functional and steps from a spectacular beach!

The beautiful views at the Beach House were simply breathtaking! We walked the beach every morning and enjoyed a bonfire in the evenings. They provide plenty of wood, which is something most rentals don’t offer. The beach house was very clean when we arrived. Perfect size for 2 people! We didn’t use the loft bed since it’s a tight area to get in and out of. The 9am check out would be my only compliant. Typically places we’ve stayed at in the area have 10 or 11am check out times.

This was such an amazing little getaway! The pictures don’t do the screened in porch justice. We basically lived out there the whole stay. We loved it and would definitely come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at the Quietside Cottages! I wanted a quiet place along the beach too celebrate my 40th/parent weekend away, and this was exactly that! The place was very clean, cozy and private. The screened in porch was the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee. My husband and I loved sitting on the beach and even had an evening campfire one night. The Internet was not a problem for us. I will miss the sound of the waves!
