Beachfront cottage on Fortunes Rocks Beach

Tyler’s place is a quaint, pet friendly cottage right on the beach. We loved our stay snd hope to return!

We had the most amazing time! Everything was clean, the best were the most comfortable, and it was very well stocked. The views and location are unmatched. We can’t wait to be back!

Great location right on the beach. Comfortable. Well stocked. Remember to bring your own pillows in addition to bed linens and towels. Walkway to house difficult n the snow and ice Would love to come back.

The house was clean & comfortable & had everything we needed. Location is amazing & the host Tyler was so helpful & welcoming. We only stayed a couple days & look forward to a longer stay in the future.

The ocean view, heated porch, and easy access to the beach makes this stay our favorite. The kitchen is small, but well stocked with eating and cooking ware.The cottage was clean, welcoming, and scent free. The host met us and made sure we knew about the fireplace and heating. There was a minor house related issue that the host dealt with quickly and did not affect our stay. Very responsive. Thank you.

We just spent a few days after Christmas in this cozy cottage and loved every minute of it! From the beautiful views to the cozy fireplace we had an amazing few days relaxing and enjoying some quality family time. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Tyler was a great host to communicate with & we can definitely see ourselves returning in the future!

This is our second time at this property. We feel right at home. It provides us with exactly what we need with small kitchen and rooms. Home is warm and cozy. We love beachfront and access to the gorgeous beach. The porch is the best part enjoying the views and relaxing. Host is quick to respond. Property is close to restaurants. We will be back!

It was perfect. Small but clean with comfy beds and the fire place to keep us warm for a fall trip to the ocean. You are really right at the water. Would go back in a heartbeat.

We had a great time at the cottage, loved the homey feel. It is not large but because the space is used so cleverly it all works out. The location is great and Tyler is friendly and easy to work with.

We had a wonderful week. You will not find a better location on the beach. The house is very “rustic chic”. It was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed activities and dinners in the front room with our kids. Tyler is very responsive and a first class host. We would rent this property again.

Cottage was very quaint and had everything the two of us could have desired. Location for day trips was excellent and could not beat the view of the ocean and the beach.Would rent again with no hesitation

This was our first trip to the New England coast and despite the cold and rain when we arrived, it was a perfect trip. The gas log fireplace kept us cozy and warm until the storm passed over. One of my favorite rooms was the room with the single bed that resembles a ship captain’s quarters. Tyler was always very responsive and a great host. We will definitely be returning later in the year.

This is still our favorite spot to off-season beach vacation! Comfortable, lovely, and well-kept home that suits our needs well. This is also our favorite Maine beach!

Loved the sun room and simply watching waves while sipping our coffee. Great sunrise and even a full moon rise during our short visit. Fortune Rocks beach is a wonderful gem.

This beach house is the perfect escape. Beautiful sunrises, direct beach access, comfy beds and a well appointed kitchen. We watched the waves roll in from the warm front porch and combed the beach for treasures. In the evening we sat by the gas fireplace and watched movies. This was our second time renting and we will be back!

Just what we needed. Peace, Ocean and relaxation. Not long enough. Will be back to Godfrey’s piece of heaven

This will be the third time we have spent a long weekend here in the cold season. What a lovely getaway, right on the water and at a very reasonable price for the location. Highly recommend.

We came up for my cousins birthday and the Christmas Prelude. This home was percent for the 3 of us, the lovely gas fireplace on a cold night and an awesome porch facing the ocean The beds were very comfortable It was quiet and peaceful just what we wanted

We very much enjoyed our stay on this ocean front property. It was very clean, the owner/manager was very hospitable, and it had a gorgeous view of the sun rise over the ocean. The beach was our front yard. We met the owners sister at check in who showed us around the house when we arrived. For anyone who has dreamed of waking up to the sounds of the ocean while watching a spectacular sunrise - this is the place! The house is immaculate and has everything you’ll need! Tyler is awesome and responds to inquiries immediately! We can’t wait to return!

Everything about our trip was amazing! Tyler was extremely responsive, each and every time I reached out. This very cozy home is directly on the ocean and is exactly as described. Super clean, the BEST location, and of course it didn't hurt we had wonderful weather! Not that it would have mattered. It is evident the care and love that has gone into this longtime family home. And seriously, there is EVERYthing you could possible want or need for your stay. We felt right at home the minute we walked in. Even our fur baby was at ease, which meant the world to us. All of our favorite restaurants and shops were close enough by for us to venture out, then return to this little slice of heaven. Nothing better than waking up or falling asleep to magical sound of waves hitting the shore. We definitely would love to return!
