Beachfront Cottage 107

This particular stay deserves an excellent review. In my mind there are four things that need to be looked at. Location - We wanted a room near the beach. This little cottage was right on the walkway going along the beach. There is some traffic on the little one way road but it goes very slow. We walked the pathway with our little dog (allowed by the rental) and we were all enjoying that part of our stay. Room - Clean, bright, well provisioned. Check in was electronic and very smooth. We were sent a code for the room prior to arriving. Didn't need to go to a desk just arrived, put in the code and entered. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was quaint but adequately provisioned. The rain shower was very good. Price - Surprisingly affordable given it's location. We had looked at other offerings in the area and none were as affordable. Personnel - We met the cleaning lady. Very friendly and did an excellent job. We spoke with the property manager and he was very accommodating. If you are fortunate to stay here you will be very happy.

Lovely cabin right across from the beach and walking distance to downtown Oceanside. Enjoyed all of it.

We spent 3 days in Oceanside for a wedding and I could not have found a better spot to stay at, the chairs right outside the door are wonderful to watch the waves. The location was PERFECT, so much around to do within walking distance. The bed was extremely comfortable and the check in/out process was seamless. Also, I recieved multiple messages checking in to ensure we didn't need anything. If ever in the area again this will be where we stay!

Surf, walk the strand to restaurants and fall asleep to waves. Was great.

Property was steps from the beach. Very clean and updated. Had a great time

Nate was an awesome host. Place is clean and right on the water. we had everything we needed for our stay will will definitely be returning!!

Beautiful view right on the oceon. We had a ground floor unit for my 95 year old mom and it worked out great. If the breeze was too cool for her she enjoyed the same view from the kitchen window. The futon was a bit small for 2 people but we made it work. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a wonderful time.

We needed a couple of days to get away from it all. This was perfect.

Friendly people. Clean room. Relaxing atmosphere, being able to listen and watch the ocean, which is right in front.

Very clean and nice location. Took our grandchildren and had a blast, especially being so close to the ocean. Family oriented location. Enjoyed our stay very much and would definately recommend this place to families. Having a kitchen was awesome, it allowed us a lot more play time not having to leave to eat.
