Beach themed Annexe close to Chichester, West Wittering beach and Goodwood

Lovely decoration . Off road parking felt secure . Bathroom a bit small for larger people .

The property is a lovely annex. The host is on site and made us very welcome. There is plenty to do in the area and plenty of good pubs for evening meals.

Property clean and well presented with excellent communication with the host both before and during our stay. Tea, coffee and breakfast basics provided by the host. The Spotted Cow pub 5 mins away serves excellent food if you want to eat out.Accommodation is compact but more than adequate for a short stay.Well located for access to Chichester and the surrounding area.

The hosts are lovely. Great location and the annex was lovely. Everything you need for a short stay. The spotted cow pub is very close (2 min walk) and food is good and good value for money.

We found the Annexe to be very comfortable and well-appointed, with immediate essentials provided in the kitchen. The Annexe was conveniently located for our brief stay in the area, and we particularly enjoyed walking into Chichester alongside the canal which is very close by. Communication was great and we felt very welcome. Thank you.

Lovely self-contained pet-friendly annex with everything we needed during our stay. The bathroom is snug and the sink very small but we managed just fine. The hosts were very friendly and helpful although we only saw them once briefly! Various off lead dog walks from the door and a lovely canal walk to Chichester.

Welcoming host on arrival gave us tips where to visit, accommodation very clean & a great location, gorgeous canal walks and a short car journey a the stunning west Wittering beach.

The property owner Julie and Andy were so welcoming their dog reminded me of my dog back in my country, anything we needed Julie responded immediately, it's a cool quiet and safe place and environment to be for a holiday.Lovely

Everything was excellent apart from bird scarers going off in the nearby fields all day for a few days, which worried our dog. This needs to be considered by pet owners at this time of year.

A charming property, clean and with everything we needed. Julie gave us a warm welcome welcoming and was very helpful, making suggestions and recommendations for our stay. It’s a peaceful location, only a short walk from the canal - perfect for a stroll to Chichester, where the cathedral and gardens are well worth seeing. West Wittering beach is nearby too.

Thoroughly enjoyable 4 day break at The Annexe. This bijou property contains everything you need to feel comfortable and, being on my own, I felt very safe. Julie was the perfect host, informative but not intrusive. And the weather she laid on was second to none.

Very well presented place, everything you need and close to lots of places to visit, WiFi was dodgy, but that is being upgraded to fibre very soon

Handy location for Chichester and surrounding area. Property was clean and well presented although access to upper sleeping floor may present a challenge to those with limited mobility. Communication with owners was excellent and instructions to get to location were clear.Definitely one to stay at again.
