Beach Retreat House w/Ocean Views, Covered Hot Tub, & Large Fenced Yard

We loved the amenities like the hot tub, pool table. clean rooms and fully stocked kitchen with a great location and a very responsive host.

The house was amazing! The hot tub was great! The owner is wonderful to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

The place has plenty of things to do and space for everyone to enjoy. It was my husband’s 77 birthday anand family checked in nearby stopped by to greet him. Steve is a great host ready to assist when needed. My grandson doesn’t want to leave the place he loved the playground, air hockey, billiard pool, close to the beach, and we were visited by a family of deer walking in the street which was a treat.

Loved the house! Waiting for the kitchen to get the update the bathrooms have that will be amazing! We were a little concerned because we found beer cans and lots of food in the couches and under them were terrible but overall the house was what we were looking for! Thank You! We cleaned everything we used and appreciate the list of things to accomplish as we were getting ready to leave! Love having the double washer and dryers! Again loved the House! We will look forward to staying again in the future!!!!!!! The Rains Family!

Everything was great except the cockroaches in the downstairs room.

We had a great time!! This property had everything we needed. We rented this house for a family vacation with the grandkids. They had so much fun playing on all the toys and searching fo Easter eggs in the back yard. This was the perfect house for us!! The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy!! Host was amazing, all instruction were simple and easy. The stay was great, the beach access wasnt great but considering the weather wasnt accomidating anyways, but was perfect for a super bowl family gathering birthday party anyways, with the games available and the size for sleeping it was a great stay. The house was very clean & ready to host a large group. The outside yard, play area & hot tub were great as well.

We stayed for Thanksgiving, and it was great. We were close to the beach, so we walked there every day of our stay. It is very kid and dog friendly. Our granddaughter loved playing with the sandbox. Apparently, playing on the beach wasn't enough, she needed to play with more sand. I liked that there were two separate rooms with TVs. Very convenient for all of us. The hot tub was a success as well.

The host wa absolutely amazing, they had a Xmas tree for u n decorations, which was a wonderful surprise, place wa huge an accommodated all of us, hot tub pool n shuffle board, tvs in all the rooms, that was also amazing

Wonderful family stay! The house is charming and cozy and has all the neatest little touches for families with children of all ages. The weather made it so we could not explore the area or enjoy the outdoor amenities but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay all the same.

The owner is amazing! As soon as I texted him he called me! Very good with communicationThe house was surface clean. The hot tub was amazing. Kitchen was well stocked even had a meat thermometer. Plenty of towels, wash cloths and hand towels. Instant hot water heater. 2 sets of washers and dryers. It is a pet friendly house and you can smell that as you walk in; however I opened the doors and windows and aired it out. If I had little ones this place would be perfect for them as there were a lot of toys. There is a pool table but the rails are dead. We came up for the 9 Ball tournament that’s why we chose this house but we were unable to practice because of the rails. Not a deal breaker just a bummer

Location couldn’t be better—just an easy walk to a casino where a few of the parents enjoyed some quick fun, plus nearby shopping to grab essentials or treats, and best of all—a pet‑friendly beach was just minutes away for furry-family strolls.And here’s a charming little highlight: we loved the vintage rotary phone still mounted on the wall—a quirky, nostalgic touch that brought smiles to everyone’s face. (something none of the grandkids had ever seen) The host’s attention to every detail made the entire stay seamless and joy‑filled. We’d absolutely love to come back! We walked away with great memories and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Was a nice vacation for us…house wasn’t very clean but we went through and cleaned the light fixtures, the gas burner top and bbq

We brought our daughter and dog, Have family that lives in area so we had a great time enjoying the place. Our dog loved the backyard and we loved the competition games on Air Hockey. This was our seco d tine staying, and will definitely be back.

We had a great stay! Big Fully Fenced Yard For Pets. We didnt have to worry about them getting out. It sleeps a large family. Swing and Play structure for kids. Very nice hot tub. Our grandkids and even the adults enjoyed the foosball table. It was used a lot. Pool table was a little hard to use and move around in the family room. The firepit and chairs were great. We sat outside 90% of the time. The upstairs bathroom was a little small. However, at least it has 2.5 bathrooms. One small thing, it would have been nice if it had a chair to be able to sit and put shoes on or get dressed, in the one bedroom instead of a crib ( which we didnt need). However, The upstairs bedrooms had nice fans to put in the window on warm days. So, that was very nice. The weather was amazing the whole week which made our trip even better. And we seen deer everyday. Loved our stay!

The place was perfect for my family. My grandchildren enjoyed the play area, air hockey and pool table. A short walk to the beach. I will definitely stay there again.

Lots of space in the house. Great for large family. Really appreciated having our dogs with us. The house is older and has a quirky but usable kitchen. Loved being in Lincoln City.The owner is very nice and communicated quickly.

This property fit every need we had. Our family of 4, my brother in law and sister in law and my in laws all stayed and loved it. Plenty of space for everyone while still having areas we could hang out. The pool table and play structure were most loved. The house is a bit dated but it did not take away from our stay. The host was easy to communicate with and more than accommodating. The yard and hot tub were excellent as well! We will stay here again.

This house worked great for my large group of friends! It was in a great location near everything and the host was responsive and communicated well!

I have no complaints it was better than I expected and very clean and nothing was broken or not working. Everything the listing claims to have at the house was there; including cooking equipment and cleaning equipment. Brought my computer in case I got bored and I didn’t even take it outta my bag haha. Great place to stay!

It was amazing, great friends excellent location. Steve’s vacation homes are very comfortable. Yes they are lived in and a little worn but his places always has a great vibe and he welcomes you.

We had a great time with our family, house was good size, the house was clean but with issue, furniture very old, there was dirty pots and pans, the rug in the living room was very very stained, it made us feel we should check everything. I know the cleaners did the best job for what they had to work with. Other than that it was a nice place

This home is amazing! We had the best time . We stayed 4 days, 3 nights. The house is older but it certainly has a charm. It has a family room that can be closed off by a sliding glass door for late night visits or movies. The Billiard area was great too, we spent every night challenging each other. The hot tub was such a treat, even though it was raining, it was covered and just what our backs needed. This is not a fancy house by any means, BUT it was perfect for multiple families to have our own rooms. Giving plenty of space for activities, or family time. We will definitely stay again!! Their

Like many of the short term rentals the place is a little worn , Other than that it was fabulous place to stay especially if you have a dog! The yard is very large with a nice fence and is on a very quiet street. We had 8 people and never felt crowded. I would definitely recommend. Note: when we used the television we found that a few former users did not log out of different apps , One had credit card information. I took the time to log everyone out before we logged in . It’s very important to remember this ! Thanks

We had an amazing time with our friends here. We loved the fenced yard and the space for the kids to run and play. We all thoroughly enjoyed all the fun amenities ( play structure, hot tub, pool table, air hockey and foosball). The house is also a super short drive to the beach which was awesome.

We had a good time. My rating may be affected by the main reason we came. We came to remember a parent, grandparent and great grand parent who passed away in October

This place was fantastic for our family. We had teens to toddler and a sweet baby and the place was perfect for everyone!! I totally recommend this place especially if you are going with more than one family. We enjoyed everything about it!

Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub was nice and the fire pit was great for s'mores. Lots of room with dining table big enough for eating and games.

The house was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and the main bathroom was nicely updated. Some of the furniture and carpet have seen better days, but we didnt mind. The outside area was great especially the firepit and the hot tub. The kids loved the play structure and the toys inside. We could see the ocean from some of the rooms. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach with the way back being uphill. We made the trek several times and even saw some deer along the way. There's room in the driveway for 4 average size vehicles. We would definately stay here again. and foosball

The house was large and comfortable. Parts of it have been remodeled, parts are a little older, but honestly, with a large group like ours, it’s nice to stay in a place that we’re not afraid to “live” in. The house had many amenities, and pretty much any appliance and cooking utensil we needed. The outdoor space was great too! Very large and lots of fun stuff! There was one small part of the deck that seemed a little unstable, so we stayed off that part. We would definitely recommend the Beach Retreat!

We came for a family weekend with our adult kids and babies and 2 dogs. Home was great set up for all and appreciated the booster chairs, sand box, and tree house& hot tub and fire pit and Bbq! Awesome place for kids and Dogs!
